First day trying get to instruction manual,on page

Poor sound on speakers......,.,,,,,,,,,,,???????!?

Ok. Little slow. But very manageable .............

A lady in my office had her computer fail so she went to Best Buy and came back with this computer. I helped her set it up and liked it so much that I went to Best Buy and bought one.

I purchased this to work from home. The price was right and it received great reviews. I've been using it for a little over a month now. Works great. I'm very happy with this purchase.

Reliable laptop for High School student. Pretty fast processor and a lot of storage space (1TB). Good enough, meet the expectations for shool and home work. My son is so happy with it.

Bought this computer for business. Bought the Microsoft office package as well. It does what I need it to do and nothing more. A good computer that is fairly quick as far as operating.

What genius designed this keyboard by putting the "PgUp" where the Shift button is on a normal keyboard? You are typing along and find that you are typing in the wrong part of the document. Hate it..

This computer was purchased mainly for the internet and for game playing. If you just want a plain computer this is the one for you. The value is good and it meets all your needs.

Replaced old laptop which had windows vista as operating system. This is first puchase of Lenovo brand computer. So far I have been very pleased with this computer's performance

10 second boot time from completely off, with Kingston 120gb SSD. Do I need to say more, everything is super after the upgrade. Windows 10, everything works as it should.

I purchased this as an open box deal. I loved the laptop, but had issues with the battery taking a full charge. It would only charge up to 60% and wouldn't take a charge any higher. I ended up returning and purchasing a different brand entirely.

Inexpensive laptop that still sports an I3 processor. It's good for email/web browsing but not the best for applications that require more horse power. Power switch is cheap with little tactile feedback as to being on or off. Support is minimal.

This is an excellent laptop for a student it has everything that a student needs high school and even college. Good speed and enough memory to accomplish your academic work.

Unfortunately, I rely on public wifi which may exacerbate some problems. Frequently the laptop will "lock up" while I am online or trying to get online. Ctl-Alt-Del will not do anything so I can't log off. Last week when I tired to power up the computer I could not sign in because it would not accept my password. I am the only person who ever used this computer, so getting the message that resources were low and I could only sign on as an existing user was puzzling. The screen showed my name so I don't know why password wouldn't work. I tried to change password but got message that I needed a flash drive but plugging one in did not help. I got no response from customer service.

Ordered online and in 45 mins they told me to pick up at store!!! Fantastic customer service when I got to store. Lab top is Excellent for the money and what we use it for!!!!

This laptop does everything I need for work quickly. It has enough memory to load my PowerPoints quickly. It was a great price and a perfect choice.

I'm not a gamer, but I use my laptop to check e-mails, surf the web, watch u-tube videos, etc. This laptop works fine for that purpose. It has it's limitations, but as stated in the review summary, it's a good basic computer at a decent price.
