Laptop is a great workhorse for our accounting team. Has 10key and very durable

Keyboard is somewhat hard on your fingers (not enough travel) and does not feel like a Lenovo. Memory Upgrade is not easy. You need to pry open the entire back cover to get to the SODIMM memory. It has one slot that can take 32 GB. So, you need to remove and waste the 8 GB that it comes with. Display is large and good. Recommended since it is better than Dell and the price is reasonable.

WORST LAPTOP EVER! Didn't even last a year. My son had some sort of issue with it turning off with the blue screen problem. I brought it to Geeks and they said I needed and new Internal drive thing. They wiped the whole computer, installed the thing and it's doing the same thing again! Was under warranty but I went ahead and bought the drive thing because my son needed to take it with him to college. Now it's doing the same thing so apparently it wasn't the drive thingy. UGH!!!! This was NOT CHEAP EITHER.

In love with Lenova again. This is the best laptop I've had ever. It's light, versatile and so reliable. The only thing I wish I had done was purchased more memory. Great price, for a great product.

Excellent! Exactly what I needed to start my small business. Plenty of storage, battery life is way more than I expected, processor makes downloads a snap. I can’t remember the salesman’s name but he listened to me drone on about different options and was courteous and helpful the whole time.

I bought the Lenovo Laptop from Best Buy in July 2022. The laptop went totally dead in December 2022. I sent it to Lenovo for repair and got it back a month later. THE MAINBOARD FAILED AND HAD TO BE REPLACED. When I tried to log in, it said I was required to insert a Bitlocker recovery key which I do not have. Lenovo referred me to Microsoft to get. After probably 20 hours of trying to correct this online thru Lenovo and Microsoft, I was told I can not get the recovery key thru Microsoft. NOW I HAVE A WORTHLESS LAPTOP. Don't ever buy Lenovo. Their service is even worse than their product.

Love the machine but a month after I bought it is yet to be installed so that it works. Ergo I'm using an old back up Thinkpad to respond. Supposedly it will be properly installed on Tuesday the 16th and that will be the end of this sorry experience. But if it isn't I know what to do next

Good laptop, it works well for me. I really like the size of the keys and the 10 key pad. It's easy to use and the battery lasts way longer than I expected.

The keyboard is soft and backlit is awesome. The speed is good. Im using it with the cord so I couldn’t say anything about the battery life yet.

Solid good value laptop for biz needs. I update ram to 16 gb but a great value for the $$$$$.

Was very surprised by the performance of this laptop. It does all the tasks asked of it. It has an excellent display and keyboard and is very snappy. Windows 11 Professional free upgrade went without issue.

Wish i cpuld have customized to get touch screen etc. But it isxworking great so far.
