Not a real Thinkpad but still good !

Memory Upgrade is not easy. You need to pry open the entire back cover to get to the SODIMM memory. It has one slot that can take 32 GB. So, you need to remove and waste the 8 GB that it comes with. Display is large and good. Recommended since it is better than Dell and the price is reasonable.

It's light, versatile and so reliable. The only thing I wish I had done was purchased more memory. Great price, for a great product.

My son had some sort of issue with it turning off with the blue screen problem. I brought it to Geeks and they said I needed and new Internal drive thing. They wiped the whole computer, installed the thing and it's doing the same thing again! Was under warranty but I went ahead and bought the drive thing because my son needed to take it with him to college. Now it's doing the same thing so apparently it wasn't the drive thingy. UGH!!!! This was NOT CHEAP EITHER.

Plenty of storage, battery life is way more than I expected, processor makes downloads a snap. I can’t remember the salesman’s name but he listened to me drone on about different options and was courteous and helpful the whole time.

LENOVO LAPTOPS. BAD COMPUTERS. WORSE SERVICE.

The laptop went totally dead in December 2022. I sent it to Lenovo for repair and got it back a month later. THE MAINBOARD FAILED AND HAD TO BE REPLACED. When I tried to log in, it said I was required to insert a Bitlocker recovery key which I do not have. Lenovo referred me to Microsoft to get. After probably 20 hours of trying to correct this online thru Lenovo and Microsoft, I was told I can not get the recovery key thru Microsoft. NOW I HAVE A WORTHLESS LAPTOP. Don't ever buy Lenovo. Their service is even worse than their product.

Great machine, awful, awful, awful tech support!!!

Ergo I'm using an old back up Thinkpad to respond. Supposedly it will be properly installed on Tuesday the 16th and that will be the end of this sorry experience. But if it isn't I know what to do next
