I like the size of this all in one and it does not take up much space. The processor is faster than I thought it was going to be, faster than the core i3 in my laptop. I bought an open box item and got a sweet deal on it. Very pleased.

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This is the first All-in-One computer I have had and there are several things I do love about it - It is so handy to have if you get a wireless mouse and keyboard as you then only have one power cable for the whole thing and that is simply wonderful. The screen size is large enough to be easily used in situations where you want two windows open at the same time and it has numerous input options as well as a decent speaker system compared to many of the built in ones used by laptops. While I personally may still want to add another speaker system to it, I do find that I can listen to music on it without feeling like the sound is 'tinny'. I decided to upgrade the RAM to 16 GB and was amazed at how easily it was done by simply sliding off the back of the monitor and the fact that they thought ahead enough to make the memory cards easily reachable without so much as a screwdriver. I do kind of wish they had put a quad core processor into this system, but for 99 percent of uses, this is still a luxury that has no real impact. I am not a gamer and this system is actually far more system than what I will be using, so I can be happy with that. I also docked a star because it would make more sense to ship it with a wireless mouse and keyboard as that is part of the selling point of an All-in-One: It's ease of mobility and clean cable management. All of that said, I would highly recommend this system to anyone looking for a larger computer that will be used for everyday kinds of uses and not by 'Gamers' who would decidedly be unimpressed with the processor it is packaged with.

She was on it about six times and then it got an error message which has not been fixed by Best Buy. I am being told I can't return it unless it is a manufacture defect. It came recommended by their sales people and now we have had it at the Geek squad for 2 weeks. We have only had it 1 month.

I could of had factory dud or Lenovo just assumes cheap means slow, programs always shutting down and software missing on computer when promised. I bought for kids but even for the kids... spend the money so you don't have the headaches of the return process!
