With regard to learning your way around Windows 10, you may want to try YouTube.com (just type that address in your browser address window). There are hundreds for free instructional videos there about Windows 10. Just type Windows 10 Introduction in to the YouTube search window. You can watch free videos there that will show you the basics all the way up to tips and tricks videos and they're all free.
Excellent product at a very affordable price

I like the Lenovo's battery saving tool it charges up to 60% and stops charging, saving more battery life in the long run.

I asked a couple computer gurus about Lenovo products and they came highly recommended. It s easy to use/setup and good enough for a basic computer user. If u into gaming ight not be good but actually I haven't tried that. Happy with this laptop though.

Excellent value !! Def should come with 8 GB of RAM....bad place to chince for $20....

Issues from the start

When it was opened and a scan run by Lenovo it came back with fails I couldn't understand. Took it back to a different store and the rep didn't relay a correct message to geek support so had to reexplain issue. They said ignore the failing messages because they tested and it was fine. Questionable to me but useable.

Posted .The scan error you received may be due to older drivers on the system. The system is functional but there are driver updates available. Follow the link below to look for new driver updates for your specific system. You can also run diagnostics from the Lenovo site as well. As always, be sure to create a restore point on your system before you make any changes. You can do this by just typing "restore point" in the search window within Cortana and follow the link to create a restore point. Here is the link:
