I dont like the fact that the screen zooms in and out at the slightest of my finger.

Generally the assistance we receive from sales personnel is right on, but in this one instance, we were totally guided to the wrong product after describing exactly what my use would be for this system. Absolute piece of junk! DO NOT leave the store w/out testing on internet! Won't stay connected!!

Google will not download. Firefox took forever to get it to download. It is very slow in updating and changing sites or within sites. The edge works fine on some web sites and others it doesn't. I don't know if it is a hardware or software problem. I heard windows 10 just doesn't work very well.

Start is very slow and moving from site to site very slow

Have only owned since November and computer has already died. Now I cannot return. Not a happy camper here.

Just had it a few months was told motherboard was burned out thank you very much

Good laptop. Pretty fast. Really easy to add extra memory or change the hard drive. Not sure I like the 17.3 inch screen as I was used to using a 15 inch screen. This laptop has really good built in speakers. The keyboard layout is a little weird as they have a smaller shift key on the right which make me some times push the wrong key and also the arrow keys are in an akward spot. Overall though this is areally good laptop for the price and really good quality and build like my dell laptop was.

Lenevo is a great company, and this economical and budget minded Laptop has all the futures without breaking the bank. I have owned it for a month and have NOT had any issues, will lag a tiny bit to start but once all programs are running it works like a champ. I definitely recommend this laptop if you are on a short budget and I promise you have any issues. This is my 1st Lenovo laptop and so far overall satisfied with it!

This laptop met all of my requirements with the price being key. I couldn't find a brand new laptop with a 17.3 screen for under $300 anywhere, but Best Buy saved the day. I was admittedly worried about the 4g memory, but that concern appears to be unwarranted. I use this device to watch TV on Kodi and have multiple windows open while posting on google plus and have had no problems or slowdowns. I thoroughly believe I got more than what I paid for and am pleased with my first Lenovo product.

I have it for 10 days and I love it, thought that windows 10 will be more complicated for things that I have read, but it is not, nice screen size, fast, not slow when start up, my only question will be....why is it that when I turn it on and I click on the notification icon next to the clock, the airplane mode is always on, and I have to turn it off?....LENOVO PRODUCT EXPERT, any sugestion?, after that great computer, very happy.

Got an open box item under $290, but it was just like new. Everything worked fine, of course not as fast as my other core i7 laptops, but it works up to its spec as core i3. It comes with a very good speaker, a large screen, VGA port and GBE port which my other newer laptops lack. Since VGA and HDMI are both present, 3 monitor setup was straightforward. Overall very satisfied.

I replaced my old Lenovo after it crashed. 6 good years. I purchased this as a replacement. Things have sure changed. I signed on and it was registered in less than a few minutes. The set up instructions were 1 2 3 and you were practically done. I was impressed.

Love this laptop. Screen is bright and large and the processing system is fast enough for all of my use.

Not the fastest or most powerful out there but for under $300, can't be beat. Picked mine up open box for $270. Has decent CPU, 4gb memory with additional DIMM to expand. HDD is easy to access to upgrade to SSD. Works great for web browsing with a dozen tabs open, office software, even Photoshop CS4 runs fairly smooth. Screen leaves something to be desired and washes out in sunlight but this is a great laptop for home or office.

Honestly for the price my expectations were low on this laptop, I was looking for a cheap laptop with a large screen just for web browsing and typing, you pretty much get what you pay for on this laptop, however the left side of the keyboard on mind pushes into the body of the computer when I'm typing and it's rather annoying, I ended up returning it and buying a more expensive model.... if you go cheap you get cheap I guess.

Bought it to pay bills and do tasks at the pharmacy. Been good so far.

I bought my Lenovo ideapad 300 because my old laptop unexpectedly crapped out. At the time I couldn't afford to spend the money that I spent on the last one, which lasted 13 years by the way. I took a chance on the Lenovo which I found out was made by IBM, and I am more than happy with it. I can't imagine what the more expensive one's can do.
