Laptop has been great so far. My wife uses it to work remotely once or twice a week. Even thought we haven't travelled with it yet, this computer is lightweight and will join us on our next trip. The keyboard and touchpad have a nice feel. We tested other brands before selecting the Lenovo and found that others were not to our liking.

this laptop is only useful as a paperweight! I can't charge the battery so it has absolutely no use to me as a computer. I understand it was an "open box" product, and the sticker on the bottom of the unit says "Shelf Display" but without a way to charge the battery, it's as useful as an anchor in the desert!!

Gorgeous screen, comfortable keyboard smooth and brisk operation, the DVD/RW is a great addition at this price point!

Replaced with 1 TB SSD disk. Works great, fast enough with SSD, I am a software developer and it's I3 works fine with Virtualbox (Virtualization) and is as fast as my older I7. LCD panel is good for the price, but not great, goes off angle quickly. Purchased one for my wife a few weeks later.

The screen is large for older tired eyes. The memory is just the right amount. The price was in my intended range.

I brought this laptop for use when I travel for movies , television shows. and also to keep up with my email and social media, I also use it for classes that I take online, this was a great purchase. I have no problems with this computer and it is also great for playing games. love it.

For the price, you get GREAT screen real estate and I'm able to play all of my favorite apps with this laptop.

I bought this computer because my son does k12 online he is only 8 so I didn't want to spend to much on a computer I just needed one that would get the job done this computer works great he can be log into multiple browsers some school stuff requires chrome and some requires explorer he can use both at the same time with out problem the 17' screen is great Bluetooth compatible and three USB plug ins I really like this computer for the price its great

I bought this laptop because my gaming one broke. It is most definitely a great computer for the price and it runs most of the games very smooth aside from a little lag. If you want it for games get the model with the I5 in it but if not you can't go wrong with it.

This is a good computer. We don't do a lot of gaming or streaming so it's perfect for us. The size is a bit unwieldy though. Carried it on board an aircraft and it was pretty heavy and cumbersome. However that's the most serious problem, the performance is great!

Using this laptop as a business pc for some of our mobile users this will be the 3rd that I have purchased. I needed to upgrade the windows version from home to pro so I could add to local domain. But that process was easy with Microsoft anytime upgrade. < 1h .

I couldn't find a laptop with a 17.3 in screen anywhere for the price I paid at Bestbuy. This is the only PC in my home and it performs. I use it primarily to get online, stream video from Kodi to my tv via Chromecast. I was worried that the RAM was going to be an issue, but my concerns have proven to be unwarranted—it works seemlessly with multiple tabs and browsers open all while running Kodi and streaming simultaneously.

Great computer for the price. Large screen and fast. Large hd for files and good keyboard.

I purchased this laptop as a replacement for my older Toshiba laptop. The large 17-inch screen is bright and easy to read. It is a much more than adequate computer for home use in using the internet, viewing photos, etc. I have had no problems with it so far.

I was looking for a basic pc for my 11 year old that was reasonably priced but with an adequate processor and storage capacity to last a few years. The I3 processor and expandable storage capacity of the Lenova matched with Best Buy pricing fit the bill.

Great computer, easy to operate even for a beginner. Large screen that makes viewing easy.

My uncles Pc was destroyed by a flood so he was looking for a new one. I told him that a laptop instead might be a better option. Since he travels a lot. This had a nice sized screen and is a great speed for him to watch sports and streaming video.

Decent i3 machine with a 17 inch monitor. Not too many of those to choose from at a value price any more, so this came in handy for an older person with poor eyesight. Nothing special with an i3/4GB system, but at $280 you could do worse.

we had old acer laptops and these new laptops move so much faster and easier to use
