When it comes back on, certain functions do not work...twice the mouse pad did not work. I found the setting to turn the mouse pad back on, but very annoying. Twice the wireless printer would not work. I fixed that problem as well, but I wonder what will not work next time. Just an annoyance, but I think you get that with all computers.

Didn't realize that a DVD-RW drive was included...BONUS!!! Great features like Bluetooth and wireless AC. Speakers are much better than the average laptop! Only 1 thing I disliked...the keyboard. The keys are not your average, feel weird and the surface area bows inward when typing. But I can deal with it. Great laptop!!!

17.3" laptop

It has more ram and memory and I expected it to be faster than my old one. I find that it is about the same. Also I really have to punch the keyboard keys hard on this one compared to the old one. Overall I'm satisfied with its performance and good color on the screen. I will adapt to its quirks I'm sure.
