This laptop had the latest hardware at a very reasonable price. I had some issues getting VirtualBox running my VM, but I got it working. If you need to run VM, you should get an Intel Processor laptop.

Windows 10 Home version is not compatible with virtualization without added software. Check with your virtualization software publisher for requirements. You can upgrade to Windows 10 Pro and run most virtualization software.

This seems to be a reliable machine and it sure is fast booting up. No problems at all. The power cable is compact, and I got a sweet little cordless mouse.

It will generate heat whenever it is turned on, even at idle, this is normal. The onboard fan will maintain the proper operating temperature for the device. You will hear the fan whenever it runs, this too is normal.

I had owned a Lenovo G50 and was pleased with it until the display quit after a couple of years. This one, however, is not so good. The fan is pretty noisy. At times it will rev up noticeably and the computer will slow down quite a bit. Also, the battery doesn't last very long and you have to remove the bottom cover to gain access to it. It doesn't just pop out like most laptops. I don't know if I have a lemon or this is just what to expect with this model. I think I'll see if I can have the G50 repaired.

The sleek silver design is very stylish and the quality is great. I love the power snooze button. If you are away for awhile the power button rests until you get back. It is like a snooze button for your laptop. I would recommend the Lenovo Ideapad 320 to anyone who wants a quality computer for a reasonable price. Love It!!!
