Loads quickly, can handle mid tier gaming. League of legends, Diablo and currently running World of Warcraft on mid settings at 60 fps. And all this while having low internet, the A12 processor at 2.7 GHz is actually a solid deal.

It’s not going to be anywhere near the fastest laptop but it gets her through her workflow. One complaint I would have for this product is the display, it’s 2018 why are notebooks being shipped with such low resolution? Other than that I’d say it’s good for everyday tasks.

They also helped with ordering for a seamless delivery. The laptop is great. Durable, fast, wasn’t overloaded with bloat ware. Perfect for everyday, studies and streaming. The resolution on the screen isn’t stellar, but the pros definitely outweigh the cons.

Great all around laptop for the money

I have never had a Lenovo computer before and it works great, fast processing and just a good all around work horse. highlly reomend it, i have had no problems with it so far and got it a couple months ago now i think.

It has plenty of storage but is a bit slow loading up but otherwise it's a great laptop for basic needs. I like that it still has a SD slot & cd drive

Posted .Thank you for choosing the Lenovo IdeaPad 320-15 laptop. This system should be a fast system with its AMD A12-9720P processor and 8GB of RAM. Be sure any software you installed is compatible with Windows 10. There is no need to install Microsoft Office software. The software is already part of the operating system, you just need to activate the software with a purchased product key. If you have installed a copy of Microsoft Office, this is conflicting with the existing copy on the system and this will slow your system down. If you have installed a 3rd party anti-virus program, be sure that Windows Defender is turned off and that the trial version of McAfee Anti-Virus software is uninstalled. There can only be one anti-virus program on the system. You may need to restore your system to original factory default settings if any of the programing errors have occurred. You can do that by typing "restore" in the Cortana search window. Just click on the magnifying glass icon at the bottom left of your Windows 10 Desktop. Click on "Reset This PC" Then click on "Get Started" and follow the on screen directions to restore to factory defaults. If the problem persists, we recommend you contact Lenovo Tech Support at: 877-453-6686.

The only downside about it is that the battery is internal, so simple replacement and upgrades might be a task. Overall, great value and speed for the price. Oh yeah, it would be good for gaming too!

Posted .Thank you for choosing the Lenovo IdeaPad 320-15 laptop. You are correct, the battery on this device is no user removable. This model is not user upgradable. A certified technician must do all of the work, so as to not void the warranty.

I don't have a lot of "computer" needs. I bought the solid state drive to upgrade and feel that is worth it.
