Bought this for my teenage son. It's his first computer of his own, other than a Chromebook. Fast and does everything he wants. I bought another computer recently with less memory, this computer is faster and worth the slightly higher cost for the speed.

I just needed a decent laptop to look at pictures, email and Web. Performance is good enough price was reasonable. Only negative is short power cord.

This is an easy to use, easy to maintain laptop. I think the only issues I have is that the battery drains fast and the cooling fan is on the bottom.

Purchased this computer for my wife. It has been a great computer. This is the 3rd computer purchased in the last 6 months and Definitely the best and 400 cheaper the eithe of the other computers and definitely faster then one. Worth every penny

This is my first laptop purchase. I initially got a HP, but with 2 routers, I was not able to connect to Wi-Fi, the booting up process took minutes, and the computer wouldn't download Microsoft Office. I returned the HP and reluctantly purchased the Lenovo. I wanted a bigger screen and wasn't confident in the processor since the advanced processor in the HP wouldn't work. The set-up for Lenovo was super easy, adding the Microsoft Office was quick and stress-free, and logging in is not a time consuming process. I have not had any issues connecting to Wi-Fi and the connection is very fast. The speakers produce a very good quality sound. The screen is a very nice size for typing my school papers and care plans. I absolutely LOVE this laptop. Lenovo made my first laptop experience wonderful. I would purchase another Lenovo product.

lightweight computer with lots of space. Computer is no frills but gets the job done. Not made for gaming but is a nice home based computer.

I'm still learning to use, it appears to have all the capability i need. It functions well & I'm pleased with it's performance overall..

Good computer for the price. Only drawback is that the battery life is not good. Wish it had a replaceable battery, instead of built in.

I bought this lenovo laptop with a good discount from best buy even though it was open box it was brand new and is working as good as any other laptop would. Thank you to bestbuy for there awesome service and high quality products.

The battery doesn’t hold a charge for very long. That is the only issue. If you can be neer a charger or outlet this is not an issue.

Fast, easy to use, plenty of capacity to support my consulting business. Would like to have had more HDMI ports and lighted keyboard.

Got it for my son and he loves it. He uses it to surf the internet, watch YouTube videos and play Fornite. So far, he is loving it

Great laptop for the price. I was afraid it would be too slow or wouldn't run Win 10 properly but it works like a champ. Granted I don't do any video/audio/photo editing. This is great for browsing, office productivity tasks.

In the last three days the laptop has shown problems with the keyboard. When I press a letter it writes a different one. Last night, the laptop stopped working and a message arose informing that the PC ran into a problem and needs to restart. We're just collecting some error info, and then we'll restart for you. However, it did not restart so, about four hours later, I had to shut it down and start it again.

I use this computer for my job. I’ve had it for about a month and the only thing I don’t like is that the battery life is short

I'm able to do everything I need to. It handles my multitasking with no issues. I haven't used it to play games or anything so I'm haven't really pushed it but it works great for me. and it's light which is a huge plus!

I really love Lenovo products. This laptop was an open box purchase. I paid 200.00 less than I would have if I'd have purchased it new. Great little laptop. Does everything my desk top does. I simply love it.

This was a great price for a decent laptop. This was for our secretary at the church. So far ( 2 wks) its doing very well.

I purchased this Lenovo laptop for my mother because it had performance specs much higher than comparably priced Dell or HP models. This is a great value for the money and most importantly, my mother is happy with it.

For the price and my needs great computer for homework and for class as well to get things done DVD player, writer and memory card slot nice over all really like this computer fast enough for movies great computer!
