I bought this in a pinch when my regular laptop crashed and needed repairs. I intended to return it when I got mine back, but decided to just keep it. It starts slower than my main laptop but that wasn't a deal breaker. I would recommend this laptop for middle/high school students as a first laptop.

Nice solid laptop for the money. I am not familiar with Windows 10 as yet so a little challenging there. Luckily I have a techie friend who is a website designer and have received help from her with regards to setting up my printer ect. The speed at my location is so slow Geek Squad could not help.

I use this computer for my homework, it’s a little slow opening up programs but once it’s up and running it’s great. I wouldn’t use it for gaming, or photo editing but for writing papers and doing research it’s fine. I may have gone for a speedier processor but I couldn’t beat the price.

I bought the laptop specifically to load Photoshop elements on for some photo editing. It works perfectly for editing on the go. Its bug and bright and has a great resolution. Awesome for the price. The only complaint is the boot time is a bit slow. But doesn't bother me too much. Its not slow to where it impacts my day slow. More of go pour my coffee and then its ready to go slow.

Thank you for choosing the Lenovo IdeaPad 330-15 laptop. This system will boot from off to the Windows 10 desktop in less than 40 seconds. At initial activation of Windows 10, there will be updates that will be downloaded and installed, this will slow the boot up down until all of the updates have completed. Another factor that can slow down the boot up of your computer is incompatible software installed on the device. Be sure any software you installed is compatible with Windows 10. There is no need to install Microsoft Office software. The software is already part of the operating system, you just need to activate the software with a purchased product key. If you have installed a copy of Microsoft Office, this is conflicting with the existing copy on the system and this will slow your system down. If you have installed a 3rd party anti-virus program, be sure that Windows Defender is turned off and that the trial version of McAfee Anti-Virus software is uninstalled. There can only be one anti-virus program on the system. You may need to restore your system to original factory default settings if any of the programing errors have occurred. You can do that by typing "restore" in the Cortana search window. Just click on the magnifying glass icon at the bottom left of your Windows 10 Desktop. Click on "Reset This PC" Then click on "Get Started" and follow the on screen directions to restore to factory defaults. The Lenovo IdeaPad 330-15 laptop is a mid-level, moderate use configuration, with its Intel Core i3-8130U processor. This Dual-Core processor has a base speed of 2.2GHz and a boost speed of up to 3.4GHz. This configuration has 8GB of DDR4-2133MHz RAM.
