I bought this laptop after dealing with a horrible HP unit that was as slow and had numerous issues that weren't able to be fixed. . .I read several reviews and I see why it was so highly reviewed. It's super fast and has alot of great tools that make it so useful. I am a lenovo fan for life!

I really appreciate and enjoy this product. I was really skeptical if the speed of computer would be slow or interrupted since it was an open box purchase. So far, the speed and picture quality has been wonderful.

Has enough memory but the processor is a little week. It should be fine for what I want to do which is just basic stuff. An upgrade to a solid state drive will really improve performance and it's what I have planned.

I needed an inexpensive laptop when my old one died. My computer repair guy recommended Lenovo with Intel 3 which I got on sale at Best Buy. The only thing I don't like is the touchpad is extremely sensitive and difficult to manage without zooming in and out or jumping to another page even when calibrated to least sensitive touch. This is in comparison to my old HP which did not have such a problem. It doesn't have a touchscreen which I miss, but had the best price.

With regard to the touchpad, you can make adjustments to the touchpad in your system settings. You can get there by clicking on the magnifying glass at the bottom left of your Windows 10 screen. Type "touchpad" in the search window. Select "Mouse & touchpad settings" from the list of choices. You can make general adjustments to the touchpad there. You can also select "Additional mouse options" for more detailed adjustments to the touchpad sensitivity by increasing the delay of the touchpad. Lenovo

Bought this LENOVO for my wife to download and store sewing patterns, fonts, and software. Seems that sewing IT doesn't work well on a MAC. Specifically chose this LENOVO because it has an optical drive, was reasonably priced, and not too heavy. So far, met all expectations.

The Lenovo IdeaPad 330-15 laptop will boot up from off to the Windows 10 desktop in less than 40 seconds. Be sure any software you installed is compatible with Windows 10. There is no need to install Microsoft Office software. The software is already part of the operating system, you just need to activate the software with a purchased product key. If you have installed a copy of Microsoft Office, this is conflicting with the existing copy on the system and this will slow your system down. If you have installed a 3rd party anti-virus program, be sure that Windows Defender is turned off and that the trial version of McAfee Anti-Virus software is uninstalled. There can only be one anti-virus program on the system. You may need to restore your system to original factory default settings if any of the programing errors have occurred. You can do that by typing "restore" in the Cortana search window. Just click on the magnifying glass icon at the bottom left of your Windows 10 Desktop. Click on "Reset This PC" Then click on "Get Started" and follow the on screen directions to restore to factory defaults. Good specs at the sub $400 price point. I swapped out the HDD for an SSD to add more speed, still under $400 all in, not bad at all. Good parts, the only knock is the screen resolution, but I expected that from the budget price. Great for normal work online, Word, etc.
