The biggest con is resolution and brightness of the screen. It could be better made. Other than that it's a great quick, lightweight laptop for very good price

It’s a simple computer with basis components. Enough to browse the web, write essays and shop online. Does not work very well if multiples windows open. But over all good computer. Battery life is not that great. But it does the trick

It's a really versatile too, I use it for work and traveling to watch movies. The SSD drive is especially awesome because it boots up in a flash.

After the windows was updated I had 90gb of space which was good enough for me. the sound is the only downside for me on this laptop. However, for this price, this is definitely on my recommendation list.

There is also Dolby Audio Premium sound enhancement software installed. Be sure Dolby Audio Premium is turned on and adjusted to your personal preferences for the optimum audio experience.

The only problem I had was the camera didn't work. I took it back to the Geek Squad and the Agent tested it. He approved me getting a totally new one, which works well, including the computer.

This device comes with Lenovo Utility software that can help you scan the device for hardware/operating software issues and fixes, like a nonfunctioning web cam. This system has Lenovo utilities installed to help maintain the health of the device and keep the operating system software up to date. Type "Lenovo Vantage" in the Cortana Search window (if Lenovo Vantage is not installed on your device, you can download the APP and install it now). Select Lenovo Vantage from the list. In the window that opens, click on "Health and Support". In the expanded menu, select "Hardware Scan" In the window that opens, select "Run Quick Tests". This will scan your entire system for errors. Follow any directions that may pop up. If the problem continues after this scan, now click on "System Update". First select Windows update from the menu. Scan your system to be sure you have the latest version of Windows 10. Once that scan is complete, select "Additional Updates". This will scan your device to be sure there are no new BIOS/Driver updates needed. Follow any instructions that may pop up. If the issue still continues after these updates, we recommend you call Lenovo Tech Support at: 877-453-6686 for additional help.

Well to my surprise it is the best computer. The battery stays charged for a long time and it’s very easy to navigate. I definitely recommend this computer.

She just surfs the net and plays online music but her old laptop was so slow and bulky. This laptop is super light and fast. I think she actually is using the laptop more for other things!

This far exceed our expectations. Battery life could be better. But besides that this does the job. You will get a solid 3-4 hours of battery on intense operations.

If you are getting substantially less battery life, be sure there are no unwanted programs running in the background, draining the battery.
