For the money I spent on it, it is perfect. If you are expecting any kind of speed or power, this should not be your choice. It does what I needed for just an extra device beside my phone when doing presentations on lives. But it would not be my choice for a good functional chromebook. It can definitely take a hit though. I have not been very careful with it and it is perfect fine tossing it around between users.

I used this chromebook for online classes and it operates very well. I eventually purchased a HP and gave this one to my daughter for her nursing school. We both equally love this chromebook

Don’t expect to do complicated video editing or even photo editing although there are apps available to do both. Chromebook excels however with most browser related activities such as email, messaging, web applications and even zoom meetings. Once you find the right software mix, whether web extension or Android app, you can do most anything with this Chromebook that you can with any MS or Mac device. Startup is very fast, and memory seems to be adequate. I have not experienced a crash yet. Best of all, I only paid around $130 for this laptop including extended warranty. I think it’s great for anyone who needs basic computing but doesn’t have or doesn’t want to spend between $500 and $3000 for a “mainstream” laptop.

Bought two of these laptops for my kids during Covid for home school and learning purposes. Been using them for two years now and they still run as if brand new with no issues. Highly recommend.

Generally works well. Pros are its price, weight and speed. Few cons except the built in mousepad is not optimum. Still a good buy overall

I bought it a few years ago and it's still really strong. It's good if you want to do your basic things.

I picked this chromebook up for a PowerPoint presentation. It's basic, but on sale it was worth it. I can get a decent Zoom audio and video out of it and it is small enough to use in the kitchen for cooking recipes. It's a good very basic upgrade in screen size from a cell phone. The up down toggle sticks and is annoying.

Excellent for use of storing files. However, I would not recommend downloading too many apps, videos and games. This is great for Homeschool use.

Great little laptop. Perfect for all the Zoom meetings you may have. Small enough to carry in a tote. Fast when opening different sites. Love how easy it is to download apps.

For the money, this is a great deal! It is reliable, and if anything goes wrong you can "POWER WASH" your laptop, which resets your laptop to factory settings!

Love this for traveling when I don't need a laptop with full capabilities. Small, lightweight, and easy to get through airport security.

At first I thought the screen was too small. Once I was comfortable with it, I realized it was just right. Easy to take on the go and not too much counter top space. Excellent clarity.

Size and weight are best features of this Chromebook. I definitely miss the ability to move the page around with my fingers, but have no real complaints

Simple to use, lightweight, really fast, I love it. It's just easy to use to check email, surf internet. I highly recommend this chromebook.

Purchased this late last week for a steal at $99 before tax on a special. This is my third Chromebook over the years and my fourth Lenovo device (tablets, Chromebook, etc.). Before people get in a twist about something, it is important to understand why you'd buy this Chromebook and its intended purpose. This is not a powerful machine, the screen is relatively low resolution compared to top-end laptops, and it's not going to win any speed competitions. That's not what this is built for, so get over it. I travel, a LOT. When I'm on the road, I simply need a lightweight, simple device that I can access my email on or complete basic work tasks in Office 365, and other web-based apps. This does exactly that. I can put it in my carry-on and eliminate the need to have another bag, which makes a difference working in large cities in which you walk most places or utilize public transit. I take these things on vacation with me if I need to do something quick, and if it gets lost/stolen/broken - it's not really that big a deal. Are there nicer, more feature-rich Chromebooks out there? Absolutely. Richer, more powerful laptops? Around every corner. Be that as it may, this is a solid unit for basic tasks that will get the job doe.

I bought this to run one particular event, that I run several times a year. Hooks up to the internet easily. Easy to carry, and does everything I need it to.

My daughter love it.she used in school.and i will buy again for my niece and nephews.

Unfortunately, I bought a bad one. Started the set up and everything seemed to be good and suddenly the screen went black. Contacted manufacturer, they apologized and said it would need to be returned to the store. It appeared to be a good chrome book, easy set up and nice size, just didn’t work. In all fairness, I returned it to the store and purchased a 14” at a slightly higher price. I will review the replacement when it arrives.

There is nothing great about this device but it does have many good features and for the price it's an absolute great value earning it 5 stars. I bought it as a cheap and lightweight laptop primarily for web browsing and couch surfing, for this it works well enough for me to recommend. It also offers a better typing experience than I expected so it's probably all right for word documents as well.
