I has work great so far. It works will with his school sponsored G-mail email and Google Class Room features. I purchased this laptop at full price, but was given a refund of the difference a week later after it went on sale and I requested it. Great customer service and response by Best Buy once I made them aware of this.

I am very pleased with this purchase. I got it on a clearance price, less than $200, and I would still be pleased if I paid full price. Doesn't slow down, good battery life, and feels substantial but not too heavy. I haven't done any heavy streaming but picture quality surprisingly nice. Overall a great purchase and I highly recommend!

Fantastic devices for the price and their needs of just web browsing, watching YouTube, and checking email. I installed some essential extensions to squeeze some extra performance out of it such as uBlock Origin and some h264 extension for YouTube playback. Devices are still working great for them 6 months later.
