Easy to set up, very fast, and a great improvement over my old desk top.

The computer is fast and it is easy to use. The problem seems to be with the hard drive. It keeps rebooting for no reason, without being ordered to, and it sometimes shuts the mouse off for no reason. It also sometimes takes up to five minutes (No exageration) to reboot. I have been told by GeekSquad on line to return the computer because there is something wrong with it that is unidentifiable even after being tuned up three or four times. But when I took it into the Best Buy where I bought it, I was told that there was nothing wrong with it and that I could not return it for a different one. Nothing quite so humiliating as to take the computer in to have it swapped out, only to be told that there is nothing wrong with it, to be treated like an idiot, and then have a program installed on the computer in front of me that i didnt ask for or want (twice). Then to be lied to about a software issue. i was actually told that Microsoft would no loger support Internet Explorer and that I was REQUIRED to use Edge or Firefox. I reallly felt like an idiot when i was talking with Microsoft about another issue and they told me the REAL story. Microsoft will support all versions of Internet Explorer, however, unless you use Internet Explorer 11 or higher, you have to pay an additional charge for service. Unfortunatley, I like the service Geek Squad gives over the phone. I just dont trust my local store. To be lied to and treated like an idiot is not fun. It does not help that this is the THIRD computer we have had to get because the first two that we got had serious issues with them.

Love this PC so far. Speedy...12GB of RAM. Does everything I need it to.

Our daughter-in-law, who is a computer technology person, suggested the Lenovo Computer as one to consider for purchase. We are pleased with its performance. Steven from Best Buy did an excellent job presenting the Lenovo before we made the purchase and Thomas Riley, Geek Squad, install our computer. Thomas is the best! We are always pleased with our purchases from Best Buy!

Good home use, plenty of memory and good value for the money

Quiet, fast, easy set up and great price. Definitely a good purchase.

Outside of the "normal" windows 10 issues, I did find that the support site has some incorrect information for bios and driver files. However, the machine is quiet and seems fast enough to have multiple tabs and programs open without missing a beat. This is my first Lenovo. Time will tell if I move it up on my "approved hardware list."

This is a great buy for a good computer. I set it up and it's extremely fast and the only real issue I had was hooking up two monitors in which I was unable to use HDMI for both. I had to use a VGA and HDMI to get it to work. Other than that the computer is great!

After only several hours, I was working on a document and the computer began restarting - causing me to lose a fair amount of unsaved text. Dunno why, but it hasn't done it again. Overall, its AMD10 seems pretty slow compared to my Core i7 Dell which it replaced. Slow, as in switching from program to program, not as in slow internet browsing which wouldn't be the machine's fault.. I expected more from 12GB of memory.
