UPS changed delivery dates a couple of times, but eventually,computer arrived. It wasn't heavy. It was literally a breeze to set up. Computer was purchased for a senior (75 years of age). It was easy for her to use after becoming familiar with the tablet like desktop screen. It was easy to select the more familiar desktop screen. The computer is fast and responsive. She checks her emails without a hitch, write letters and surf the net after getting use to how to select the browser, tabs, etc. This may have been a bit too much computer for a 75 year old who only will check email for the most part, but none the less, she is very pleased, and so was I for the price. And, so is her kids and grand kids :) It's a good buy. I didn't yet see how to open the DVD/CD drive via the computer case. I did discover we were able to open it via the computer by selecting the DVD/CD drive on the screen. Her older flat screen monitor worked flawlessly; as well as her printer. Her speakers didn't work however and we are still trying to figure out why there isn't any sound at all. Other than that, the computer will last her years to come. The operating system Windows is another thing -

We needed a system to run some test equipment in a lab. It needed to be beefy enough to support real-time data processing equipment control, but inexpensive. This machine was under $600 and has performed incredibly well. It is a great machine for the price - I should have bought more of them for our Lab at work!

I really should have gotten this a few years ago, but didn't really understand the workings of a computer. I was informed about ram and processor speeds and space etc. It was a totally awesome experience.

The reason for 4 stars is the first Lenovo computer I took home would not start-up after 10 days. I returned to Best Buy to have it looked at. Customer Service could not get it to work, so I was offered another new computer. I took another Lenovo as first purchased and everything is working perfectly now.

this processor is so light weight and easy to install. fits perfectly in my computer desk I already had at home. looks nice and sharp. not to mention fast as hell

I found that this computer works fine and is much faster than my older computer. The only problem I have is that I cannot shrink a page. If I shrink it , it closes and I don't know why. I also purchased the same brand monitor (the monitor seems a little distorted so I am going to have someone look at it to see if the resolution is correct.

i bought this computer for my kids for school and I am using it for everything LOL! Right now it's connected to the 60" tv as we stream movies online. I love that it can connect to just about any screen. Its super fast and exactly what I was looking for. The great thing about these is that you can switch out parts for upgrades at any time and its pretty slim. Great Buy guys!!

I purchased 3 kids' Kindles for my granddaughters for Christmas. They are easy to use and very durable. The girls are having so much fun with them while learning.

Plenty of memory and easy to set up. Would recommend this pc for anyone as a personal computer.

THe cimputer is fast and has a lot of storage and memory

I have only had this product for 5 weeks, but so far so good. My only problem is with the preloaded system check apps that keep popping up. I am trying to get rid of them because I have my own monitoring system.

My house was struck by lighting and it took out my computer. I use it for multimedia and photo editing. This is my first Lenovo computer as all my others in the past have been HP. The sales person at best buy recommend this one to me and happy they did. This computer is fast and does all I need with no issues. Not missing HP at all.

Great price works fine easy hookup started right up

We have transitioned well to our new Lenovo Desktop after using XP for many years. We didn't like Nitro reader, as it didn't always work on certain PDF files. We installed Adobe Reader, which works flawlessly. We still are working on installing Adobe Flash for videos, but have encountered permission problems. Please do not put MacAfee Virus pop-ups on a new PC. Such a nuisance! Yuk!

I find this product easy and fast to learn. It loads new apps quickly.

Fast, reliable, easy to use. Good desktop processer for everyday use.

This is a great computer for any normal user. Play videos, games, music, and anything else with little to no lag. This is not anywhere near high end but is nowhere near footstool status either. You won't be disappointed.

Better than a lap top and more bang for the buck. I wanted a lap top but this product deliveredmy needs and more. The screen I choose put it over the top!
