The printers document quality is great and easy to work with, very impressed.

Still not up and running
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Set up of the new computer and Office 365 is incomplete despite paying additionally for Geek Squad in-home assistance to migrate to the new machine and software. Repeated calls to the Geek Squad rep's cell phone have gone unanswered (and voice mail, reportedly, isn't set up). Call to the store for phone tech assistance was rebuffed with an alternative of bringing machine to the store for further assistance. This was our 4th computer purchased at Best Buy (also likely, our last) and the worst experience encountered.

What a waste of money

I have called Microsoft, They were not able to repair the problems unless I paid them. I was told to take it back to bestbuy. Which of course this was on day 17 of a 15 day return policy,

Did not work.
