Easy to use. Great computer and software on it. Quiet.

My experience wasn't good at all! It took just slightly less then two hours to purchase the computer and schedule an appointment for data conversion. I had an old computer that I paid to have data conversion. I purchased the computer and was told that data conversion wouldn't be an issue but was never warned it could be a problem! On Sunday I received a call and told that there was a problem with the data conversion and my hard drive was toast but they would see what they could do? I was told that one tech started the conversion and this second tech took over on Sunday. I received no reply? That MondayI le3ft on a business trip and started to call the store about 5:00PM. I eventually spoke to a Frontend manager and was basically told that this happens and to come and pickup my computers. I total him that was in-acceptable and he said "well if that's they way I feel" By the way I called at least five time and was put on hold and then disconnected. I didn't speak to the front end manager until 8:45 (the store closes at 9:00)! I was told that they only had one tech in the department on Mondays but I could call Wednesday when the Geek Squad Manager would be available. When I called on Wednesday at least this manager was more professional but told me there was nothing they could do. They had an option to send my old computer to a central location but it could take 3 weeks or longer to retrieve the data and would cost as much as $500. Later I was called back by the same Tech Manager and told it would take two to three months?? I am a small business person and I needed my old data. My wife picked up both computers (new and old one) and when I returned from my business trip I called anoth4er professional computer repair firm and they we able to retrieve my data form my old firm and load "Office" on the new CPU! This took less then a day and I picked up the new CPU the following day! Of course it wasn't worth my time to go back to Best Buy and to seek a credit for the cost of the repair but I doubt I would ever purchase another computer form your firm and I will certainly let the individuals I come in contact with let them know how poorly your Geek Squad performed! Thanks for making my life miserable and costing me my time and money to coprrect your mistake!!!!

I had to replace my last computer because Windows Vista was no longer going to be supported. I could have just updated my software, but my computer was almost 8 years old....time for an upgrade. This computer has way more memory than my last and run great. I was somewhat hesitant of getting a Lenovo, since I normally purchase HP or Dell products, but I am glad that I did my research on this computer. I have had no problems so far and I am extremely pleased with the speed and options on this computer. I would recommend this to my family and friends or anyone that is looking for a great family computer. It has the speed and space for the entire family. It serves my needs since I do not use it as a gaming computer.

Bought this computer to be able to play some video games. Although the video card that came with the computer wasn't the best I was able to easily upgrade the Power supply, buy an adapter to the motherboard and then upgrade the video card to give me a good budget gaming PC.

I waited a long time to get a desktop and for the price at the time I got more memory then I was planning plus a better graphics card. I have yet to have a problem with it and really easy to set up.

This Lenovo Desktop is great. It has enough RAM and storage for exactly what I need. I use this to program, via Microsoft Visual Studio, and also use it to play video games. Great all around!

I needed a new home computer and wanted a desktop that started up fast, was easy to configure, had room for expansion. I have never owned a Lenovo but this machine is awesome. I don't use it for gaming or streaming, so I can't comment on that. It comes with very little pre-loaded junk, so set up was easy. I have a Microsoft 365 account, so when I logged into OneDrive, it activated the Microsoft Office programs that came pre-installed. Connects to my 5g router and printer setup was simple. It boots up quickly and starts from sleep mode quickly. It is very quiet compared to my old HP. I also like the extra space in the tower so I will be able to add things over time if needed.

This desktop is a nice machine for work and some play. Plenty of fire-power for video editing and audio which is what I use it for. Added some ram (DDR4) and it's a speedy and quiet workmate!

I love this for the price. I am horrible with computers but this set up was easy and gave me the power and graphics I needed to play World of warcraft on medium high. The i5 is amazing!!

Has a solid state hybrid drive. Just as fast as the upper computer I7 higher end of another model, which only lasted about a year and a half. The I5 is suitable for my purposes.Very quiet and comes on fast and shuts down fast. I would highly recommend this to others.I haven't tried any gaming but movies from you tube perform flawless so far. Doesn't have all the bells and whistles that higher end models possess, but just as good. I can get into my apps better and quality is I believe better than the computer I replaced..I would highly recommend this.

Purchased this desktop for under $500 (sale $499.99 + Reward Zone certs) to replace a hacked up clone I built. I'm impressed with the i5 6th generation processor and 16 GB of RAMM. I replaced the hard drive with a 480 GB SSD and with that combination, the computer is pretty fast. The video card is strong enough to play many 3D games. My daughters like playing Sims 4 and Spore. Don't care too much for the keyboard so I am still using my Microsoft 6000 series wireless keyboard/mouse combination. All in all, a solid machine and if you can get it on sale with price matching or Best Buy sale, that makes it a bonus.

We bought this for our 12 year old son. He is pretty happy with it overall. Some of the more involved games he plays doesn't run as well as he would like but we are planning on buying him a better graphics card.

Easy to set up and get started. Fast start-up and very quiet. Everything is running smooth so far.

It is very fast and quiet. With the help of the Geek squad, I was able to make the transition from my old computer to this new computer.

I bought this computer to do basic things, like pay bills, surf the web, etc. So far it has been great. Plenty of storage for music and photos. My son plays some games like Roblocks and it works fine for those, fast too. I've streamed videos on YouTube and had no problem with that. I am sure there are many more applications I haven't explored yet, but overall it's a great PC for the whole family.

This is a great computer for the price. I have purchased three for my Property Management business. They are fast and have no issues running multiple software at the same time.

Bought this computer after returning two Asus Zen All-In-One Pro computers because both of those crashed within two days of setting each one of those up. This desktop performs admirably for photo editing in Lightroom and Photoshop and does very well with playing games. It was very easy to set up all my programs. I had a Lenovo desktop previously for a little over 7 years before that one crashed. Lenovo is a very dependable brand.

Had no idea what or who this brand was, but I took a chance and have been very satisfied. Nice game system, would recommend to anyone looking for entry lvl gaming pc. It plays at Ultra but laggy, but for the price, I'm ok with the quality being lessened for gameplay. Some might prefer better graphics, but you will pay more or miss out on some of the other features this pc has. Bought 2 so far one for me another for stepson. We play WOW.
