    I purchased the Lenovo laptop on April 28th as a present for my wife. We immediately had trouble with the computer freezing up and having to reboot to get to work. On May 4th while on vacation, the screen inverted. I ended up calling Lenovo support for help. They connected remotely and told me some execute files were not working and I would have to purchase Instead I took the laptop back to Best Buy and the Geek Squad uninstalled Windows and reinstalled everything. I picked the laptop back up the next day and took home. That night the CD drive refused to work. I tried the online Geek Squad support and they could not fix. I had to take back to Best Buy the next day and the Geek Squad said the CD drive in fact was not working and they wood have to send back to manufacturer. I told them I wanted my money back but instead traded for an Asus laptop. I cannot recommend Lenovo product and certainly cannot recommend their tech support.
