This laptop is great for a college student? The light weight and Compact size allow for ease in carrying in a backpack? The touch screen is a nice feature that works great!

This laptop runs very slow, opened three chrome tabs and that's about it... CPU always stay at 100% for at least 5min after booting....

I bought this netbook so I could work a little while traveling. It's just what I needed, in terms of being small and lightweight, and providing the basic functions that I need. It's not a high end, fast computer - nor does it come with the high price of those systems. It's limited, and a bit slow, but for the price, it's great! Some people mentioned the track pad being touchy, which is true - but all you need to do is go into the settings and calibrate it to your preference. Also, I purchased a small portable trackball to use with my netbook, so with that and my customized settings it's all good..

I purchased this open box Lenovo 2 in 1 laptop for checking email and surfing the web. It has a great battery life and is light weight with a durable construction

The touchscreen is really responsive, but the memory is VERY limited. It's an ok computer to use for basic uses but not for much else.

This is a great laptop for college. You can take notes, flip it around to use as a tablet...The webcam is not great, but the computer itself is fine. OneNote is a great tool and I love using it. The solitaire collection that comes standard with the computer is also a nice break during studying.

I purchased this laptop for my junior high child. The main purpose is so that she can create documents for school and go online. It is not the fastest, but it does serve it's purpose with her. She also really likes the fact that it is touchscreen and she can turn it into a tablet. Definitely worth the value for the price. I'll save the more expensive laptop purchase for high school and college.

It's a bit slow due to e-memory. Its light, touch screen works fine. The display is good. If you are looking for a primary laptop, I don't recommend you this. but as a second laptop for school, browsing, etc. its perfect. Based on its price, I am overall happy with this product.

64 GB Flash Disk was plentiful for OS and more, especially you could add SD (micorSD) of 128 GB, and no rotating Hard disk easier to manage. Convertible to tablet modes, adding some fun. GB Ethernet port is rare for such devices, and USB 3 helps. Dual band WIFI AC is also nice. Obviously only 2GB and Celeron not for heavy multitasking, But for my remote VPN sessions and HD video viewing and HDMI connections to HD monitors, it worked smoothly.

Not the fasted laptop, but works for browsing. I like the touch screen. Light weight and easy to carry around.

It does not have a lot of memory so it's better for simple tasks and the the flip screen is very helpful.

I bought this to use as a 2nd machine that would fit in my bag. It doesn't have the greatest speed and gets really slow if I try to do too much. I'm satisfied for the price but would't suggest it as a primary machine if you need speed or memory.

Got this for my middle school son...Too slow 2 gig memory was not enough ... Store sales rep must be my internet connection. If other computers ok n new one lags ..must be new laptop. Anyway Returned it and got a HP 4 gig memory. Much faster.

All I really needed a laptop for was to write papers and occasionally watch Netflix. This laptop is great for it. Plus, the touch screen and flexibility is awesome, I love how transformable it is, and light. The perfect size for someone who is always on the go.

I have had a number of issues since purchasing this laptop. One of them was the cursor would become erratic when landing on certain pages. After days of researching forums I found out a sound driver needed to be uninstalled and a new one installed to prevent this from happening. People have been complaining about this issue since they purchased this laptop and you would think Lenovo would have fixed it by now. I own four laptops and this is by far the slowest one. I am not sure if it has to do with the fact that it is also Touch at this price point, but I am not happy with the laptop at this time.

The size, weight, and lack of heat from disc drives is just what I was looking for. Runs multiple applications, but slow compared to a full laptop. The flash drive port makes up for limited disc space. Got it mainly for reading and searching books, manuals, and source code.
