I am totally unimpressed with this item

I don't like this at all. It's unbelievably slow, won't stay in tablet mode, plus it didn't come with Office (which the Asus did) so that was an extra expense. To be fair, maybe I was just spoiled by my other "baby" computer, since it was truly plug & play and never gave me any problems at all. If I hadn't become very ill and been unable to return it within the 30 day window I would have given it back to BestBuy. At this time it is back in its box. It's useless to me and was a total waste of money. I'm back to using my normal-sized laptop instead. It's more inconvenient size-wise, but at least it works.

Mistake, very slow in everything I do with it. Just downloading email takes forever. Spend a bit more and get another computer. FLEX configuration and Touch screen is nice, but display quality is poor, and touchpad is difficult to use - probably related to slow processor.

This laptop is great for web surfing, watching movies, and using Microsoft Office. Anything more performance intensive will be very sluggish.
