At first, I had the hibernation bug that it would not come out of, so I fixed the settings so it wouldn’t hibernate anymore. Now, it will completely cut off while my daughter is working on it and needs a reset (hold down the refresh key - 4th from top left, arrow circling - and then hold down the power button until the light comes on solid) before she can use it again. This is sometimes every few minutes. It makes it really hard for her to do school work. I work in IT and can troubleshoot but this is horrible.

I previously purchased another model, however it was not the best. The flex 5 was the best option and value for your money.

When opening there was no papers inside. The bezzel was damaged. This was inaccuratly portrayed as excellent condition. Even though I did get a discounted price, I'm pretty disappointed and that I have to drive 1.5 hours to return this.

Other then that its a decent laptop.

I haven't been able to start it up anymore. Tryed charging it, holding 30sec the power button, and still nothing.
