So easy to use! Really got my value for my money. Love that I can just use it as a tablet! Makes homework more fun with an easy computer. Very light to carry around

I purchased two of these computers a few years ago for my children and they love them!! Gaming, streaming, homework.. They work great!

I love the touch screen & the Pentium processor for fast speeds. My daughter uses it for college & she is always using it for her class room papers.

Great chromebook! I do not usually write reviews but I am very pleased with the performance and ease of working with this computer.

Everything is working great. I bought it open-box, saved almost $100 and it works as if it's brand-new. The only issue I'm having so far is that it dies kinda quick, only lasts around 5 hours at full charge. Other than that everything is great

I like the flip feature a lot, and apparently, so did my spouse, as they took over it for themselves.

Got an open-box certified excellent chromebook and handed it off to my girlfriend who was working with a chromebook that was extremely slow. 5 months since it's been delivered to her house and she's been using it consistently and is real happy with it! Even I was amazed at how fast it could be considering that I've only used slow chromebooks. Anyways, would definitely recommend for anyone who's trying to get into chromebooks or would like to upgrade their current one!

Honestly so glad I chose this product from Best Buy. It's the perfect size for my pre-teen and the price was very nice as well! A winner for sure!

I love this chromebook, so easy to use. The sleek design is great, as well as the ability to switch between tablet and laptop. Suits my every need.

Reliable laptop for online schooling and some games.

Over $300 for this?!!? Wow! I thought this was the new model with 8gb of ram and 64gb of storage at least. 32gb storage is full after 4 apps are added and gets slow after it's 75% full. And it's slow!!!! Just having a browser open with 3 tabs:my email, calender, and a website with client info things start to lag. If try to open a word processing app with my emails open then it will freeze randomly or take a full minute to load. You can buy equal or better Chromebooks for $90-$120. Note expandable micro SD isn't very useful since apps all have to be installed on internal storage (old android allowed SD storage for apps but it doesn't seem to work on CB). SYSTEM Is 15GB so you really only gave 15GB of space and after j downloadedaybe 10 apps at most it was almost full. Running Linux on Chromebook takes 10gb before you even install any apps. It's also no very good for watching movies and or using just as a media device because the screen and speakers kinda suck and the battery dies fast. It's unreal how slow this thing is. I had a Chromebook a decade ago and it was snappier than this. Websites load slowly. J& uj>ok Battery life is not even as good as my Samsung flex 2 with an i7 processor.. this Chromebook is so thicker and heavier than my flex 2 and MacBook pro from 2013, which was upsetting. Buy a cheap laptop instead . The Good: 2 USB c ports that can connect to external monitors or charge (only some USB c hubs work with it though no idea why). Keyboard is decent.

Love the product, simple and light making it easy to carry around at work and in the shop. A refurbished item without any issues or concerns.

This has been a great addition to the house. Its actually pretty fast.. and fits easily in most backpacks

Works great for my needs, really like that the usb c easily docks to 2 screens.

We bought this laptop for our 6th grader and couldn't be happier. She loves the 2 in 1 feature and touch screen. We have had no issues. She can do homework, online classes, google meets along with watching her favorite videos and playing games. Probably does not have enough storage for kids that want to download large gaming platforms or for high school and college students, but it works great for us at this stage!

Worked wonderfully for a year! Then, suddenly, the keyboard stopped working correctly. Some keys are correct, some type a sequence, and the whole thing shuts down on me. Super frustrating. I loved it before this!! NOw its essentially junk.

This was listed as an “open box - excellent” device. Hardly. Now, for the deal I got, I would have put up with minor scratches, or small wear and tear. When I got this computer, I powered it on and it immediately opened a Network Connection screen to connect to Wi-Fi. I noticed at the bottom of the screen there were icons and an “account” icon to click on. This is when I discovered I had been sold a Display. It wouldn’t connect to Wi-Fi, not my personal, not Best Buy’s when I asked the Geek Squad rep to help me (he was actually shocked that it wasn’t connecting to Wi-Fi as I and I’m sure he too, hoped it was just user error. Now that’s just the technical issue, the laptop screen was chipped and the hinges were loose, so an adjustment or tilt towards me caused it to fall. The mousepad felt unsecured or loose as if it had (and I’m sure it was) been pushed too hard a few times. When the Geek Squad sent it out for repair (nothing in store was comparable to pricing and my liking), it was returned back to me within a week’s time and was in the EXACT same condition — powered it up and the computer went directly to Network Connections asking me to connect to a Wi-Fi network and… Yep. You guessed it, it won’t connect. Now riddle me this, in store the lady who helped me was SO nice, she stepped away from the counter while processing my return stating she had to connect it to Wi-Fi and reset it to perform the return. TUH. I mentioned to her the decide not connecting to Wi-Fi has been my issue the whole time and is the biggest reason I’m returning it. I don’t know if it was ever reset or not because when she returned from the back, she finished my transaction with no further questions which I appreciated. I feel that displays need to be completely destroyed and not be allowed to be sold no matter the condition. I’m just thankful not to be stuck with a brick at the end of all this.

For the money its a decent buy. Next time i would recommend to spend a little more to get more quality.

Outstanding Chromebook. Great screen, fast. Easy to use. Very quick to boot up.
