Everything we expected, easy to use and has plenty of space .

I’ve always used my main setup for classes, and it’s more than fine when I’m in my dorm, but having a laptop for note taking and doing work on the fly is definitely a must for college students. The laptop is portable, cheap, and does everything you likely need of it for work, nothing more, nothing less. If you need a machine to take notes on, and maybe watch Netflix or something along those lines, this is perfect. Battery lasted me about 3 hours when watching a movie, but lasted maybe 5-6 hours when used for work. For the price, the speed is top-notch. With a full HD display, that doesn’t disappoint either.

Works great. Bought it because I liked the way the keyboard felt. Still having a little trouble getting used to Chrome OS compared to Windows. Originally had problem because the display was larger than the screen so that parts of the display was cut off. Turned out the default setup had that option turned on in the "accessibility" section. Turn off the option and everything works great

I've had several chromebooks since around 2013; I have to say that this is the worst of them I've yet had! A real tragedy as I had been pretty meticulous about searching through critic review sites, reading reviews here, and being overall diligent in my search for a new chromebook to replace my Toshiba Chromebook 2, 2015 edition, which is undoubtedly a superior machine to this one. I only went to replace it because it stopped getting automatic security updates, though it still works great in comparison to this absolute joke of a Chromebook. Obviously, this chromebook has a better processor, RAM, SSD, screen/everything else as it's 5-6 years newer (except keyboard, the Toshiba Chromebook 2 has one of the best keyboards I've ever used), but what this Lenovo lacks is general ability to function properly. Honestly, this chromebook crashes CONSTANTLY. It's painfully annoying. Every single day this Chromebook will crash, run slow, freeze, not turn on, not turn off; I mean truly, it's incomprehensible that this Chromebook sucks this much. It shouldn't, it has all the right component parts, it doesn't seem to be terribly cheaply made and it's definitely not the cheapest Chromebook option, but for whatever reason, this Chromebook has a hard time just managing Chrome which, um, kind of defeats the purpose of having a Chromebook. My phone can handle more tabs seamlessly this this chromebook. That's obscene and embarrassing. Skip this product, just upgrade your phone. It'll be of more use than this machine. I only give it two stars for its aesthetic qualities and because I'm trying to convince myself I didn't just light $400 on fire to buy this glorified trash.

I loved this little Chromebook, especially the way it looked...for as much as that counts. It was sleek and sharp looking. Not your average Chromebook, on appearance. However, I began to have issues with apps and connections crashing. Given it's reputation, I truly believe that I had received a lemon. And given this was an "open box" purchase, I believe the previous owner also experienced this major "hiccup".

This is what I was looking for, a small light weight laptop with great picture resolution. The price wasn't to bad either. I thought it would be hard adjusting from my 17" to this size but it wasn't a problem at all. So far I've learned how to answer texts from my laptop. Now I have more run on my laptop desk.

This was a good started for my daughter. The internet doesnt stay connected for some reason but other than that its been a good starter.

This is my second Chromebook and I'm glad I stayed with it. The transfer of information was seamless and complete within a very few minutes. There seems to be a little glitch with the quotation key in that it sometimes turns into a French character such as an accent ague or a cedile. But it's not frequent enough for me to care about. Overall, I'm very happy with my new Chromebook after having my last one for 7 years!

Basic little notebook. Nothing special or remarkable , but for the price and basic needs , it gets the job done.

I'm very pleased with my purchase and it meets everything that I was looking for in a computer and tablet it's easy to carry and easy to store its not heavy very lite weight and small

It's a very good computer. We purchased Chromebooks for our kids when the lockdown happened, and it's done the job. It's especially good for the price.

Durable easy to use, completely and totally customizable so it fits with whatever task you are needing it to do or using it for labtop for college classes and note taking, video sessions, or pictures, drawing, flip into a tablet for easier drawing..

overall, it's a good product-just wish I had been aware that it is google-based so I wouldn't have to convert docs from Google to Word.

Nice for the price and great touch screen but limited on app. Did not have Banking. Kindle and Amazon app.

This is my 1st chromebook and it is so easy to use and I haven’t had a google product in years. I have so many documents loaded and it’s not slow and the battery life is amazing.
