This model ships with a 13.3 Inch (screen size measured diagonally) IPS - FHD (1920x1080) 10-point Multi-touch screen, with a brightness level of 250 nits, has a Glossy Finish. This screen provides 67 Percent of the sRGB (45 Percent NTSC) color gamut. If you are getting less than expected screen brightness, check your screen brightness settings and manually adjust the screen brightness to your personal preference. Easy to set up and use. I’ve never had a problem with either one. I only replaced the first one because it became too old to update.

Great screen for the price and works great as a standard Chromebook, however in tablet mode, many Apps freeze up and close or never work in the first place. Keyboard also sounds/feels a little on the cheap side for the price.

The Flex 5 13 Chromebook ships with the Chrome Operating System and is compatible with Google Play Store APPs. Not all of the APPs at the Google Play Store are optimized for the Chrome Operating System. We recommend you check with the specific APPs software publisher's web sites, of the APPs you want to use, for their compatibility with Chrome operating system and the minimum/recommended hardware requirements (Is a Graphics card required, the processor speed and the minimum required system RAM and the minimum available hard drive space) to run their program, then compare those requirements to this system's configuration.

A great Chromebook for students

The Pentium Gold 7505 chip is fast and this Chromebook is very smooth. The keypad is great but too bad it is not backlit. The screen is solid but 250 nits of brightness? 300 should be the minimum. At least it's Full HD. The bezels are pretty slim and the hinges are solid.

I had a Samsung Chromebook years ago. The screen was very limited in viewing angles and not too bright. Keyboard felt mushy. These new Chromebooks are so much better now. This Lenovo has such a vibrant and bright screen! More viewable from any angle. The keyboard is really good too (as expected from Lenovo). Great typing feel. It's also nice that this model comes with WiFi 6! Great value for the money. Highly recommended!
