His old computer was at least 7+ years old and one of the USB ports was not working. This is a great upgrade for him and the price Best Buy had was perfect. I paid $399 for this and then two days later it was on sale for Memorial weekend for $50 less. Their price match policy is wonderful and the person who helped me got me $50 back in refund on my credit card. Thank you!

Well built lightweight laptop

The laptop is built well enough for a 10-year-old to not give up after a week. Keys and touchpad work nicely even after some sticky hands worked with them. The touchscreen is a nice feature, useful especially when the laptop is in the flipped mode.

Able to run multiple software without crashing. Tablet mode is a plus, however there is difficulty finding the same brand pen, but that’s a brand website issue, because not all the pen options say which tablet they are compatible to.

I don't love Microsoft based but that's what my school required. Use chrome or opera browser to bypass Microsoft stuff. My kids love to use it for games and movies because of the flip keyboard.
