And even when it does turn on it doesn't display anything, I went through six different HDMI and DP cables before I gave up. Lenovo customer service is horrible as well.

Lenovo customer service is one of the worst and won’t give a 1 year manufacture warranty even though it says they would.

Be sure the computer you are connecting this G27c-10 Monitor to is compatible with the HDMI 2.0 Version port on this monitor and you are using a compatible HDMI 2.0 or better cable. It arrived very well packed and had plenty of Styrofoam in the box. Assembly was a breeze, only needing to attach the stand with a foolproof mount. Turning it on, the monitor is defaulted to 60Hz, but it is easy enough to change it in the display settings of Windows. The colors out of the box are pretty well calibrated, and nothing is really gained from adjusting the colors. The monitor can be easily adjusted and tilted, but not rotated into portrait mode, which does not affect me at all. The curve is not anything extraordinary, but it does give you a sense of immersion that a flat monitor cannot provide. The one flaw with this monitor is that it does not come with a DisplayPort cable, which is needed to achieve frame rates above 60Hz, but they are pretty cheap on amazon. I highly recommend this monitor to anyone wanting a cheap entry level gaming monitor with high refresh rates.

The only knock I have against it is how big the stand is but if you're getting a custom desk mount or wall mounting this isn't your issue. For this price nothing beats it perfect option.

Great if the Display port was reliable

The problem is I have warrantied this monitor once already for the display port failing after 11 months of use. 11 months after receiving a new monitor from Lenovo, once again the display port has gone bad. Without a functional display port, I'm unable to use anything about 60hz, and defeats its purpose for gaming. I cannot recommend purchasing this product

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.It's a good monitor, but most people fail to realize that the Hz is set at a low default shipped. You have to change the refresh rate manually to get that desired 144 - 165 hz. Right click on windows desktop, display, change display settings, advanced settings, click monitor tab and change to desired output, click ok, and you should be set from there. :D

Currently 30 minutes on hold to try to resolve the issue. I'll update this if I ever get to actually talk to anyone
