Computer has been reliable so far. Has a solid feel to it and provides what I need for everyday use in the office. It has been a good deal based on price and ability.

I was told that this was a decent computer with speed. After a few months it's running at a slower speed. Good enough for the price I paid. You get what you pay for.

It took some time to get used to the newer program my wife who we purchased the computer for has not complained so that's good.

I purchased this on a whim, having been a loyal Toshiba customer for years. Have been very pleased with the overall performance, there is an occasional glitch with the touchpad, but overall a good machine.

I took this laptop out of the box and had it up and running in no time. Downloaded Windows 10 with no issues. Great value.

THE MACHINE WAS FINE; HOWEVER, ALL THE JUNK LENVOVA PUTS ON THE SCREEN DRIVES YOU NUTS. UNLESS YOU KNOW HOW TO REMOVE ALL THAT OR GET THE GEEK SQUAD TO DO IT, IT IS UNNECESSARY. RETURNED AND BOUGHT ASUS.

Retiree....always used Windows. Purchased Mac....did not like it. Finally, purchased a Lenovo with which I am very satisfied. Needed to purchase new printer. Old one was not compatible with new computer.

Well where to begin... I'd rather keep things simple and start off by saying have low expectations if you decide to pick this laptop. You might be asking why because the specs look decent enough. Well to start off it may have 4GB of ram but it always felt like it was running 1GB of ram. The performance or processing speed/power, whatever you want to name it was close to nonexistent and it isn't an exaggeration. I did a full shut down at night and when I go to turn it on again back in the daytime inbetween classes I waited 20-40 minutes. That is utterly ridiculous and has no excuse especially with how far technology has reached up to over the years. If I ignore that the problem is still the same because it's just an utter lag machine, file browsing took 5-10 to load up, applications, softwares took the same amount. Web browsing was fine once the browser loaded but watching videos on youtube or watching something live? Think again, when I compared it with other devices and laptops in the household a video played fine on a 4 year old Sony VAIO running Windows 10 while this Lenovo was playing it slow and out of sync with the audio and video. I'm not exaggerating or trying to rub dirt here. I'm sure Lenovo has made very impressive and of great quality machines but this is not one of them unfortunately. The one thing I loved about this laptop is the fact that it had it's own Lenovo software feature where it could clean the dust from out of the inside of the laptop and in the fan area. It was useful and didn't require my normal methods of using a air can. That's literally why I gave it two stars instead of one also. Anyway take my advice or leave it. Totally up to you, personally I'd save up a little bit more and get something with 6-8GB of RAM. Or even pick something with Intel i5, probably would make a difference then.

new computer - meets my needs - had to have a new one as the motherboard went out on my old laptop - was told this had a 'fast' processor as it was a gamer's computer - don't notice much difference.

I bought this laptop for my 17 year old (senior in high school), and it's great. It's perfect for school assignments, and is very easy to navigate.

Compact and rapid heating. Very easy to use by following the colored lights.

For the price and the value its a great lap top. Got it for my middle school kid, plays games and does work great.

This is my first laptop. I didn't want to spend $750 or $1000. This was $329! 4 gig ram, 1 tb of memory is very adequate. I read a previous post that the ram is expandable, which is important to me. Perfect for surfing, email and more!

It was a good laptop i ended up putting an ssd and more memory and the it was pretty fast. I ended up returning it due to its size. I went with a mac just cuz I'm not really liking windows 10

I like the computer...it just seems a lot different than the one that I had before so I find myself spending some time to learn my way around.

It is a perfect laptop for what I need it for at a price I could afford.

The picture is beautiful the only issue I have is the volume, the speaker sounds cheap and the placement of the volume buttons on remote are in an awkward spot, other then that it works fine

boots up faster than my hp. Backs up faster also. Plenty of capacity to multitask. screen size is good (15")

Battery life is horrible, less than 2 hours on a full charge. The feel and look of the laptop is cheap. Purchased it for a gift but recipient was not fond of it. Speed was slow as ancient times. Definitely would not recommended to anyone.
