It has all the basics covered and is a solid choice at a good price point. Recovery process is archaic. HP and Dell make it much easier to create recovery disks.

processor speed is super fast for everyday multi-tasking such as surfing, email, streaming video, downloading. lightweight, lots of storage. battery charge seems to deplete quickly. shell material is slightly rough especially where wrists rest on keyboard. dvd drive can be tricky when closing, could prove to be problematic after long-term use. purchased two weeks ago, but overall positive results so far.

I couldn't ask for a better laptop to carry out daily tasks. The i3 processor is perfect for me and the installed 4 GB of ram suit just fine. Graphics are great for standard usage and the battery life is decent. This laptop is perfect for an average computer user.

We had the Geek Squad do an 8GB RAM upgrade, which may have been part of the performance problem. The techs who we bought it from said the 4GB memory needed to come out, because the memory cards needed to parallel in size. The Geek Squad left the 4GB in the pc so we had 12GB total. We experienced poor performance and how Lenovo handles Windows 10 is just weird. So we took it back!

I bought this Laptop for my son going away to school. First time purchasing a Lenovo computer. Great buy for the price. The graphics are good processor plenty fast and 1tb of memory is more than enough. I would definitely recommend this computer.
