After a year of lackluster daily use, I upgraded the RAM from 4 to 16gigs. Following online instructions, I performed the upgrade myself. The instructions were specific, yet easy. What a difference! I utilize an external TV/monitor using the HDMI port. With frequent daily use, loads of programs and games, this laptop works fine. I can multitask without delays and system hangs.
