Should have been a great purchase

I'm not sure if a new one would have been as bad. It was sluggish as soon as I turned it on. Updating to Windows 10 was almost impossible because I couldn't find the update option ANYWHERE! I had to install 180+ other updates first before it ever gave me the option for Windows 10. Then once 10 was installed it would not accept a charger. It would only charge when it was turned off, and if I plugged it in when it was on a popup would say "charger not supported, plugged in but not charging." Tech support told me I had two options: deal with it, or wait til Windows released a patch which might never happen. Switching tabs (even with only two or three open) made the computer freeze up. Lenovo also put so much bloatware on it that it was impossible to remove it all. I tried for two weeks. I took it back during the exchange period and got a 1TB 6GB i5 ACER. I'm much happier now.
