Broke in 15 days, best buy would not help me . The manager was horrible. Best buy has lost my business for life. The lady manager was the worst and if she worked for me I would fire her on the spot . The keyboard lost 10 key functions after 10 days and it is still sent out to Lenovo . Part on back order.

We are still using the laptop now. It has performed well.

This was purchased for someone who needs a basic computer for day to day browsing and power point needs. The laptop meets these needs.

The plastic shell on this device felt really inexpensive and all the applications were very confusing and distracting.

I was guaranteed that the unit had been gone over and everything was in order. Turns out there was a problem with wifi connections. when I took it back it wouldn't acknowledge the best buy wifi either. Staff was very courteous and helpful.

Very slow and locks up often. Otherwise a good starter computer.

Since the day I unpacked the laptop, the mouse will freeze for a minute, before being able to move.

This is absolutely the worst notebook I ever had. I wish I will still be in the 14 days period for eligibility of return. The notebook is super slow, freezes completely often, and is very commonly teacting only after minutes. I woulsnot recommend this even to my worst enemy and I promise I will never again buy any Lenovo, thiswas my first and last one.

Sorry, had to return. It was to slow for what I needed. I would recommend it to a beginner.

It took to long to download the programs were too slow and it took forever to restart

This has been a great laptop for my daughter doing schoolwork with.

Runs slow start up is very slow. Has hardly no memory so I can't back it up

I told the girl I needed a computer for my 2 HS kids. She didn't know much about it, a man that was helping someone else stepped in & answered my questions. I know nothing about computers, my kids hate the computer, very disappointed.

We bought the computer for my son in school and it's worked out well

I really enjoy it. It does what I need to do it with it.

This was a bargain, i3 processor, 1TB hardrive, 4GB of ram which is more than enough for windows 10. If it had 6GB of Ram - would have been nicer, but hey - for the price I got it for - this was a great deal.
