Computer takes up too much working memory,,,,,,,,,,

Received it full of viruses when updated in-store.

was unable to gain access to the internet. It was a very frustrating experience, especially as I have purchased many other compluters from best buy and had no trouble whatsoever in getting them ready for service.

I purchased this laptop and after two weeks of having it, the screen would not turn on. We tried to troubleshoot it, but could not get it to work. We returned it and purchased another computer (different brand).

My computer freezes up frequently. When I asked for help from the Geek squad, I was put on hold for a long time and then told they were busy. I am very disappointed with the service I expected.

I ended up returning this computer. I could not get it to sync with my old and new printer. I even bought a new router. Nope, couldn't sync and the Geek squad also tried to help me, no go!

Nice computer but the 10 pad on the computer doesn't work, wonder if I have to up-grade or download a driver? Kind of weird to have a full keyboard and not the right software to run it!

I have not having any issues on this product. I will definitely get the same brand once I am ready to replace my laptop.

this is a terrible computer. very slow. has large hard drive but searching the internet is painful. would not recommend this computer

I bought it because it has a good deal, but when i had that I saw a lot of problem with wifi, I try to fix but it kept the same trouble, so I just return after two weeks.

Don't like a computer with a password , when the whole family uses it. Don't like windows 8 and 10 is going to be worse. Good price but you get what you pay for.

I purchased this model in mid-October, 2015 - so have had it about 1.5 months. It's ok for a low-end laptop, it gets the job done as long as you are not in a hurry and are near an electrical outlet. Literally, in the last 10 minutes, I've watched the battery drop from 100% to 91%. You can WATCH (just dropped to 90%) the battery drain on the task bar indicator. When plugged in, as soon as it reaches 100%, a warning pops up that says you need to unplug it to preserve battery life - I assume that means how many months the thing might last, because it can't refer to durability during the current session. The RAM needs to be upgraded, so I have purchased a chip, just need to install and hope it helps, it should. As delivered, you can hear it churn as it (battery: 89%) tries to carry out your latest click. I currently have Firefox open with 3 tabs - no video, just e-mail, a blog I'm reading, and this tab; NO other apps of any kind active (except whatever might be running in the background). There is a very noticeable delay when I click to open a new tab, or anything else. The keyboard makes an audible "spring" sound while typing, so not sure how durable it will be. However, since I always have to be near an outlet, I use a Bluetooth keyboard anyway, as well as a larger monitor. (I took this into account since I don't often need to travel with my laptop, I mostly use it in my home office.) I had read reviews prior to my purchase and simply wanted to add to/concur with the other reviewers: it's an (87%) ok entry-level computer for the price, it will get the job done. But if you do want to be able to carry your laptop with you to work remotely, this may not be your best choice. Thanks! (84% - while I was previewing this :)

It’s been three years since the purchase, I love it, Lenovo always does amazing job.

Bought a Toshiba computer at another store because of the problems with Lenovo computer and the very poor customer service from Best Buy.

I was disappointed with this laptop. The keys are hard to press and don't always register that your are typing.

Bought it for my tech for running camera programs,handles it easily.

Perfect ! Love the features and application! Good computer!

I used it only for a month, after that, it did not work, due to a internal failure.

poor, the part that is used to connect to internet is no good had to ship back

I feel like I could have gotten more out of a hp or something cheaper.
