Perfect laptop for what I need

This laptop has been the perfect answer for me. Quick and easy to use and very dependable. My ONLY complaint is not yet being able to successfully upgrade to windows 10. I've tried more times than I care to count but each time it's failed to complete. Doubt it's a problem with the laptop though. Honestly believe it's an issue with using a slow WiFi so next time I move I'll try again and again until I finally am able to succeed.

They were exactly what we needed out of the box, after we added some software. Plenty of computer for kids, not so expensive that they can't be used by kids. They have mainly been used for programming easy computer games, learning programming/coding, and some light gaming. We also purchased Microsoft office for homework, as it didn't include word processing software.

Don't bother with setting up computer until Windows 10 update is received or use a Windows 7 simulator. I would have returned computer and made do with my smartphone or switched to Apple rather than deal with Windows 8.1.

The keyboard sometimes does not respond to your fingers and you have to go back and type the letter over and over again. Also, it would be nice if he keys were lite

Good college computer

Good Computer

My only negative is that the touchpad is extremely sensitive. It zooms in and out very quickly even when I don't want it to and if I nudge it slightly the cursor interrupts the typing to wherever the cursor lies. Other than that I like it so far.
