I bought this product to run my business's quick books program. I was looking for something smaller than the 17 inch but the sales rep from Best Buy told me this had a faster processor to run quick books. I dislike the size and admittedly I dislike PC's I'm a Mac person, so I find the Lenovo and the Windows interface very cumbersome and redundant. The lap top itself feels very cheesy but I'm used to a Mac Book pro. It is serving it's purpose and I guess if you are looking for a cheap lap top with an ok processor and like PC's its ok.

I bought this laptop for my daughter to take with her to college. It took a while to load all the updates(plus the free Windows 10 upgrade...thank you Windows). But, once everything was updated, the laptop ran fine. My daughter is able to do all of her assignments with the Office product I purchased, and the laptop is light enough for her to carry to classes that she needs. So, it was a great buy for the sales price that I got it for.

Bought the computer for my granddaughter who was starting college. Excellent value. Easy to use. Great screen. Just what she needed to complete her college assignments. Highly recommended as it was easy to set up and she is enjoying using the computer.

When I bought this at the store I was just thinking that I wanted to have a laptop that is corei3 and has a 1tb memory. So far this is the affordable one. But I just don't think Llenovo has features that I wanted. I'm used to hp but it was more expensive so I think this is good just not what features I wanted. And Llenovo is hard to troubleshoot. I searched it on the Internet how to get the function keys disabled and no luck. So far that's what I just don't like and also touchpad doesn't work thrice now and if I wasn't good at researching and if I didn't bought a mouse I won't be able to troubleshoot and everything is difficult to fix.

These Lenovo laptops are a great buy for basic computing. We use them for entering data, email, and basic web surfing in our practice. I wouldn't recommend them for gaming but for what we use them for they are more than adequate for the price. We are standardizing our IT department using this model for basic computing needs.

The computer set up from box to operations was flawless. Nice system for a 1st year college student. Would have gotten 5 start if Windows 10 was preinstalled.

Bought it for the nice specs at the price range, however after buying it and trying to figure out how to setup it was very very annoying, all the function keys ie f1 to f12 were set in reverse so when you wanted f1 you hit f1 and muted your sound instead of hitting fn key then f1 to mute like normal, so had to learn how to get into windows 8.1 bios just to change it to a normal setup.

Computer purchased for a family member who does light internet browsing and is a realtor. The computer is a great buy considering all of the features. But, get the aspirin out if you are trying to connect to wireless AT&T DSL as this computer does not even see it. We live in an area that only is serviced by DSL. I bought a cheap Netgear wireless router to try as an access point. Guess what? It connected flawlessly. I give 3 stars because of the headaches.
