Easy setup and no issues getting everything to transfer and load. Goo performance as well for a computer in that price range.

This laptop defintely runs faster that the 6 yr old laptop I was using. the Geek squad man told me the pros and cons of getting my old one repaired to purchasing a new one, for waht I need it for, for less than the repair. He directed us to the salesman and they answered all our questions. It was a bit tricky setting up, as my golf program for keeping scores, was in question. In the end it all worked out. appreciate the honesty of your employees.

the processor is great, might use a RAM upgrade. i did install 8 gb RAM card - computer works like magic..

Just downloaded windows 10 which took awhile, but it all seems to be working good! Wish it had a touch screen, but can't say I would use it that much anyway. I've only had it for a few days, but I think it was a good choice!

The Laptop it self is working great. We had some problems with the programming after a couple of days. An online visit to Geek Squad cleared the virus and everything has been working fine since. There are just enough USB ports to connect our accessories. There would be extras if we chose to use WI FI connection rather than hard wire the way we do. We are disappointed the Windows 10 does not accept the Print Shop disc that we had been using.

Excellent computer, the touchpad for the cursor is a little frustrating at times but it does the job.

I genuinely am really happy with this laptop. I'm a college student and was looking for something speedy, with plenty of storage, as well as something I could just bum around and watch netflix with and this laptop is perfect for the job. I can play a few small games as well on it. Great laptop!
