Fast, error free so far,everything works! Light weight.

I was told even though the demo one in the store would was 8.1 when I got it with my switch at geek squad it would be a windows 10....NOT still 8.1 then told I would only get windows 10 free for a limited time. NEVER BELIEVE them I wanted windows 10 so disappointed

The laptop is a good product considering it has all the features we need for a good price.

This laptop is perfect for light home or school activities. I pre-ordered 4GB more of RAM to boost it up ($24) and ended up with a great laptop for my kid's school activities. I recommend getting rid of all pre-installed Lenovo monitoring programs, they only consume resources. Cost-Benefit saavy, this was a great purchase.

i bought this item for its combination of features and price. I hope it lives up to it.

I'm not liking Windows 10. The speakers aren't that great either. Otherwise ok laptop.

It's the first time using this brand. Keys are a bit hard to type on. Some features in email is a bit cumbersome. Not able to minimize screen when wanting to go to another (if that feature is there I have not found it). I hope this one will last. My last one (another brand) only lasted 5 years. Needless to say I was not a happy camper. For the most part it's a good computer for what It's needed for.

Pretty good laptop. Takes a little time to boot up but overall for the price not bad.

This laptop has been performing really well for an entry level laptop. The battery is lasting as advertised and the overall speed for general word processing and internet work is plenty. The only complaint I have is the graphics are sub par, such as the colors not as crisp and a bit of delay to focus on clear up images as they come on screen. Other than that it has been working great.

The laptop is good, not great. It's really more 3.5/5. If you don't need really fast response times, then you'll be ok, because you certainly won't get it from this system. The processor is quick enough, but the memory and whatever is being allocated to the screen really lag. Overall though, for the price, it is a big step up from a netbook, for not much more money. Good buy.

I wanted a larger screen but light weight laptop and this one delivers on that note. It takes a little while to boot up though and I've accidentally hit the "Airplane" mode button a few times which disconnects the wireless but other than that it's been great. Powerful enough to run everything I've given it so far all though I'm not a gamer or anything. It's really slim too.
