A Really Great Value: This model is a big step up from the usual bargain laptop, with a quad (not dual) core 2 GHz processor, 6 (not 4) GB memory and 1 TB hard drive (not 500 MB).

This laptop gets the job done for general usage. Word, Netflix, YouTube, Skype, its all pretty good. It's not a powerhouse, but for the price would you really expect it to be? My only complaint is the off centered track pad, but its not the end of the world.

I got a great deal on this laptop and so far it has worked well for me. I primarily use for internet and email and some word processing and spreadsheets. Only a couple of issues I have run into: Sometimes when I 'sleep' the laptop at night, the processor is running like crazy the next morning. I find it usually happens when there is a Windows Update. I have started shutting down completely to avoid this problem. Second issue is that when playing internet videos/YouTube, etc., the video is black for the first few seconds. It then eventually clears up. Not sure if this is a video card issue or something else. Overall, this was a good deal for me and I am happy so far.

This is my first laptop, Lenovo hit the mark for me. This laptop does it all , very user friendly, good sound quality and volume, good resolution. I would recommend this laptop for anyone, wished the battery lasted a little longer. Go for it!

Overall easy set-up and good computer for the price. We had to get a new laptop in a rush old one died and weren't looking to spend a fortune for a computer to do basic internet and school homework. This has fit the bill perfectly.

No problems with this computer at all. Performs exactly as i need it to. Plenty of space on the hd and fast enough that programs run good

In my opinion this is the best you can get for the price. A 1 TB Hard Drive and 6GB of RAM for under $300, you can't beat that. I won't be using it for heavy gaming but works great so far for everything else!

Windows 10 loads a little slow, but once up, it is a fast machine, and with 1TB storage, I can sync with my online storage. Outstanding!

I needed an inexpensive laptop with a cd/dvd drive and this fit the bill. No fancy bells and whistles but it does the job. Short battery life can be a draw back.

My daughter loved this. Easy to carry and perfect size. It's a good child's first laptop but have to keep eye on fingerprint smudges.

This laptop is considerablly slower then 6 year old computer it replaced. If it would not have died I'd still be using it. But it was cheap.

Take a 7 year old Compaq (yes pre-HP) with Vista operating system for a senior citizen like me and transition to a Lenovo laptop with Windows10 and you have one scared customer. Yet, I have been able to set up the new Lenovo with ease, download apps which are similar to apps on cell phones, add a security program, and maneuver through Windows 10 relatively easy. The laptop lithium battery stays cool compared to my old laptop battery. Even though I had been told by several friends not to purchase a computer with Windows 10 due to problems with this new operation system, I have had no issues to date. Would recommend this laptop without hesitation.

Not the fastest but for price is a good computer... everything seems to be upgradable.... besides memory I was good with the stats

Perfect for what we needed. wanted the 6gb ram for speed and to look at videos and large images.

This laptop functions really well. It runs multiple applications, Skype, large memory, can play some low end games. Great laptop for an affordable price.

The laptop is thin and light. It has good memory and storage for the price. I don't think you could find another laptop with the same specs for the price.

ever since windows 10 released it's been a gift and curse. I like the new look and some features are great but it's so unstable to me. I have a laptop and windows 10 seems to run slower on my device. I even restarted the whole installation erased everything and its still slower. my moms desktop runs slow too. This laptop I purchased doesn't have the greatest specs but it runs slow and sometimes crashes. I wish I could put windows 7 on it but oh well.

For a good price I got a laptop with a lot of storage and good amount of ram speed.

Really great computer. It has great speed, and the 1T hard drive gives it plenty of room for photos and music.
