Not Lefty Friendly
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Had my G50 for a couple weeks and I'm generally happy with it. The price was right and it didn't come with multiple app offers. It is a pound and a half lighter than my old laptop, and the sound quality and graphics are good. Like most LTs, placement of the mouse pad is not lefty-friendly In addition, the USB, Ethernet and HD cable ports are on the left side near the front, getting in the way of us lefties if any f them are being used. The overall dimensions will not allow it to fit into a standard 15" laptop bag so you'll have to get a bigger one to carry it. Finally, when the screen is flipped up, the bottom corners on either side stick out and catch on things if you're not careful.
