Laptop is very slow

Upon arrival of the laptop the wall plug for the cord was missing. I haven't taken it in yet to have the Geek Squad find out why it's running slow.

I read other comments on too slow etc. This is an entry level laptop not a gaming laptop. The speed and storage fit the machine. There is room to expand the RAM if you wish. I use a wireless mouse because the touch pad is sensitive.

If you are looking for a powerful monster machine, go with something better. I use it to check Facebook, send emails, play a couple of games and it does ok.

Nothing special, and I'm not too fond of the display, but it will serve its purpose until I'm able to build a new desktop. I also don't care for the feel of the keyboard, but that's a personal thing. You might like it.
