    It works

It works as it is supposed to. The screen is too small for my taste, but my wife likes it. Alas, the "Geek Squad Certified Refurb" means it came with absolutely NO documentation, not even the normal "be sure to plug the computer in first, and then turn it on. This is the location of the off-on switch and so on." Lesson learned, if you don't know what you are doing ahead of time, don't get a Geek Squad Certified Refurbished computer, as it may come with no documentation.

    Goldilocks computer!

This is the laptop that can replace your tablet. The Microsoft surface likes to brag it's "The tablet that can replace your laptop" but with its flimsy keyboard with difficult to find (by feel) keys combined with its high cost it quickly fell off my radar. I'm a very tall man with long arthritic sausage fingers. I have problems using haptic keyboards and most chiclit style laptops especially when you scale down to anything smaller than a 15.6" laptop. Even with those I end up using an external keyboard. While it's true the keyboard on the Lenovo Yoga 2 11 does have some flex it does allow me to type with minimum errors and at a speed nearly equal to my external keyboard. So a solid C+ earned here. The cpu isn't ultra fast and the ram isn't going to set any records but it is speedy, runs cool and has done everything I have asked it to do. There were two issues with this computer when I received it. They are issues others have addressed and reviewers mentioned when giving this a lowered score. Issue 1: Dim hard to see screen. I uninstalled the Lenovo provided power management app and instead just use the one provided in windows. The screen quite literally doubled in brightness, clarity and color intensity. Battery life remains about the same with nearly 5.5 hours on average. Issue 2: Laggy slow and unresponsive touch pad that won't scroll. A simple driver upgrade and it now performs as well as the touch pad on the MacBook pros I have used. With the only down side being it's relatively small size but it's a small laptop so you'll have that. That's it really. Touch screen is awesome, the size is perfect and for $400 nothing can touch this! That's why I say this is the Goldilocks laptop.

    Great little 2 in 1

I love my Lenovo 2in1! Perfect size. I like the fact it has a 500GB HD. The screen resolution is great. My only issue is the keyboard. The keys do not stand out enough for someone like me with 'lazy fingers'. This was the perfect replacement for my tablet and laptop. I now have just one item to carry when travelling. Bravo!

lenovo 11.6 yoga.. most all companies has convertible machines now, and i have owned 2 other vendors, what i really appreciate about Lenovo is the construction of the shell. The HP i owned, i was scared to use the tablet because of damage to the keyboard...This one i am not worried about. battery life keeps fair not spectacular, but comparable to others in this size class.

It's a refurbished Lenovo Yoga and it crashes on updates because they take hours at a time and happen everyday. The Geek Squad tech at the store informed me that the store probably shouldn't have even been selling this item. I know next time.

Geek Squad Certified it certainly wasn't.

I bit on the price of $399 on Black Friday for this laptop that was Geek Squad Certified and rated Excellent. What I received was a package containing no power cable, all of the previous owners info was still loaded (meaning Geek Squad never even looked at it), & it was completely covered in grease and smudges...like someone was eating french fries every time they used it. Basically someone threw it back in the box without looking at it and taped it back up with Geek Squad tape. First few calls to customer service were of very little help other than to give me the run-a-round of going back and forth to the store only to have the store tell me they couldn't do anything about it since it was bought online and not from a store. What was finally determined (also spent an hour on hold during Cyber Week that I wasn't happy about) was that I had to return the laptop and I would be given a $50 gift card for my inconvenience. So now I'm out a laptop, and waiting for the Rewards Points that I used on the purchase to return so I can use them again, and I missed out on Black Friday pricing...as well as am out the hours of time and gas I also wasted on dealing with this issue. Two years ago, I purchased a Sony Vaio refub that I've had zero problems with (the reason I thought it would be ok to do again), but this was an absolutely terrible experience with having to deal with this one & would now discourage anyone who asked from buying.

The Lenovo is just like a tablet but with the functions of a laptop it's simple to use and very flexible.

My son overall likes this laptop and the way it can act as a tablet. There have been a few problems, but they have been resolved without cost to us. We have owned for a few months and satisfied so far.

Excellent well rounded device, lightweight and versatile. The combination with the touch screen and the ability to fold open flat like a tablet has made this a highly recommended device.

This computer is junk. I ordered it TWICE! The first computer didn't work out the box; wouldn't come on after a couple hours plus the charger that came with it didn't work. Was told it was a bad apple and ordered another one. The second computers hard drive completely crashed after 14 days! Wouldn't wish this headache on anyone.

This is an awesome laptop/tablet, very portable and cute! I like how it is a multi-use functionality especially for school and just personal use. So far it has served it's purpose.

constantly logged off my home wireless network which was very annoying. and I don't know if there was something wrong with the keyboard becuz it was a refurbished unit, but the keyboard didn't keep up with my typing so I was always having to go back and erase and re type things slowly. maybe it was just this unit becuz it was refurbished, but I just decided to go with another brand instead.
