Perfect perfect perfect touch screen and solid works better than expected

This PC is very fast. Excellent choice. A+. The ram is 8GB @ 1600 Mhz. If you add a Solid State Drive the overall performance will be a lot faster.

Extremely disappointed in this unit. The computer was lagging almost from the get go and completely died after just 2.5 months of use. Contacting Lenovo Technical Support was a terrible 2 week long process. Come to find out the computer wasn't being manufactured anymore and all parts were on backorder. After getting the run around I finally went back to the local Best Buy where I purchased it. They confirmed the computer was dead and allowed me to exchange it for a different brand computer. Will not be buying any Lenovo products again due to their poor technical and customer support.

Liked the style of the form factor which match the Surface hardware. Windows 10 platform provided quick implementation and fast results.

We purchased this all in one because it seemed to have the best options. It's been nothing but problems from day one. 2 hours on the phone with their support and still can't reliably connect to the internet. When it does connect its significantly slower than my 4 year old HP laptop. Took it to the in store geek squad who told me it's working fine. The customer service rep said we couldn't return it (34 days after purchase). Currently the computer is a $1600 desk weight. DO NOT PURCHASE. This is a terrible product and neither lonovo or Best Buy will stand behind it.

I love the big screen . Once the touch screen was working it was everything I had read about. I use it for my online classes obtaining my MSN. You can do multiple tasks at once without slowing or interference.

The salesman was extremely helpful. I am very glad the salespeople are knowledgeable.

This desktop computer crashed during the setup process, also emitted a high pitched humming noise from the moment it started until shutdown. Lenovo Tech Support failed to keep the designated appointment scheduled by their staff from a prior call and when we called to further the diagnostic their automated system continually cut us off or placed us with a department not relevant to the issue.

I am on my third computer and this one is working perfectly but the previous two the touch screen features stopped working.

I'm so happy I finally invested & purchased this computer! It works well with my printer, has a large screen & does everything I need! My grandson loves to play on it and calls it my giant IPad!

The computer would not shut down. It would go to power save mode and screen would come on anytime. Sent out for repair via Geek Squad! When computer came back the screen did not light up, while still the computer had the same problem as it was sent out to be repaired. So returned to me with same issue as before being sent out for repair and a additional problem of now the screen does not light up to see the screen.very unhappy.

Another great product by Lenovo. As with any Microsoft powered computer, you have to stay up on the software updates. I have not had the need to use the portable feature of this unit, so can't comment on battery life.

Computer is great for all functions: Homework and gaming.
