Purchased x2 computers. One failed to load, returned to store for exchange, that failed to turn on. Returned all computers to store for refund and purchased another brand.

Still getting used to the new computer and Windows 10.

Great all in one computer...monitor is very sharp!

I bought this computer and stuck with it for 30 days. I tried my hardest to fix everything possible myself, I had to manually update several drivers before I could get the GFX to stop crashing or "not responding". Only lasted one day then it started doing it again. Randomly, while typing the computer does something that takes the cursor from where I am typing. It boots with 60% memory being used with hardly anything running except McAfee, which came with it. I am going to return this. Although the price is good, I'd rather pay more for some decent hardware.

Everything I need and want. I wanted a PC for audiophile music playback, a photo/video editing power house. That's what I got and more! I love it.

Good picture. Easy to attach wi fi. I contract Netflix.

Since I bought this computer, I have been happy with it, and have no complaints.

Got a fantastic deal on this computer. It's everything it says it is, and the "out-the-box" discount made it better.

Nice all in one pc but only issue i had with the graphic card error pop up now n then it. It recover on its own in a few seconds but u shouldnt have that error in a new pc...

Display driver crashed on day one and not even the Geek Squad could fix the issue. Several repairs later I returned it and bought a MAC

Great concept and super features for the price. However, destroyed data files for Quicken, Quick Books and Neat Desk. Would not stay connected to my printer. Scans by Norton showed no problems. On the second day the computer began uncommanded (by me) continuous uploads to the internet - - that's when I returned it for a full refund and purchased another computer from Best Buy with which I am very happy.

My favorite part is that you can upgrade both the RAM and HDD. The latter being a rarity in all-in-ones.

Computer is exactly as described and in great condition. Works perfectly and couldn't ask for better.

This was NOT my first open-box purchase from Best Buy but this was the first bad experience I've had at this store. DVD drive did not work at all and the computer kept hanging up and freezing on any program I ran even though I left it for 2 days with the Geeks to set up/check out BEFORE I brought it home. It took 4 days to straighten out the issue and, in the end, ended up buying a brand new HP Envy which is fantastic! This Lenovo computer may be great but I'd have no way to know- it never worked.

Aside from Windows 10 "glitches", this was a great family computer, especially for the price.

I would recommend this TV for anyone who wants a quality set

Had high hopes and expectations for this Lenovo All-in-One. Would install and fully operate a wireless printer (which had previously been operating with a windows X computer) only to find the next time I booted the computer it had no connectivity with the printer and the only solution was to again reinstall the printer driver and related software each time the computer was rebooted. Unilaterally deleted/corrupted data files (Quicken, Quickbooks, Neat). Would have the applications up and operating smoothly with my data bases uploaded only to find that over the next few times the computer is booted one or more of the applications would not be able to access or read it's data file. Reinstalled the applications several times along with the associated data bases only to have them operate properly for a short while and again fail in the same manner. On the the second or third day of frustration the Lenovo decided to broadcast wi-fi continuously. You could connect and disconnect the wi-fi normally; but, shortly after it was connected it started to continually transmit which totally gummed up the rest of the devices' access to and operation on the network. Returned the computer to Best Buy for a complete refund and replaced it with an HP tower that is running all my applications smoothly. Very disappointed in the Lenovo's All-in One; but, very pleased with Best Buy's customer service.

I purchased this all-in-one computer last May. I have been very happy with it.

This is a great computer all in one and touch screen. Buy it you will love as well
