Ethernet port failed within 1 month. Lenovo repair center in Nashville took another 2 months to determine it couldn't be repaired, but only after constant calls and emails. They offered to replace it with a newer model but with fewer features. The technical support of Lenovo is absolutely horrible and I would never purchase a Lenovo machine again.

I love the computer, but I will never buy from Best Buy again due to the Geek Squad. I get 3 emails a week telling me to download and install the free software. I do not want this and I have called to get removed from email list..but they keep coming!! This is outrageous and have lost me as a customer.

Worked fine right out of the box, but be aware that a lot of people had the same issue I did. After running a few updates, the monitor would not display anything after restarting. Manufacturer support was little help and advised to return to the store. Returned and got a different brand.

This AIO has superior resolution to others. Some reviews spoke about a text problem, however you can improve the text via going to settings, display, advanced and 'cleartype text' and follow the steps. Also has 3D display capability which is good for future needs for me. Sound is nice with Jensen speakers. Touch screen is great. WIFI is super and has both 2.4 and 5 GHz ranges with Wireless AC. Very quiet fan. Lenovo support has regressed but is do-able I asked a simple question and the tech had no idea, also the website seems broken in the support area; glad I got Geek Squad. But this AIO is one great machine. price is very reasonable for what you get. Love it.

Worked great for a little while. Then stopped connecting to the Internet at one location I needed to use it. Network connection but no Internet. Multiple trouble shooting calls with Lenovo, ISP, and router company. No one could help. All other devices fine and the connections worked at other locations. Lenovo want payment for software help even though the product was days old. When it started shutting off several times a day for no reason and without warning it went back to Best Buy. I did replace it with another Lenovo all in one. Hopefully it fairs better. 2 week with no problems so far.

We had two Lenovo desktop all in one and neither would access the internet. One asked and only saw ethernet and the other asked for the dial-up. We had to return both of them and have all of our software placed on another computer. My Microsoft Office ran out of installs and I had to call Microsoft. I had to come back 6 time at 25 miles each time. I can not recommend these computers at all. One star rating is too much but it won.t let me post without one star.
