Stephanie from the Houston, TX store was excellent as we were missing a piece. I called customer service and they wanted me to ship the entire computer back but the computer came from the Houston store. On a whim I called the store to see if the piece was there . Stephanie found that it was there and had not been packed after they tested our open box computer. She had the missing piece shipped to us. She is a great asset to your team.
