The system is very compact with no cumbersome tower to deal with. Sharp color contrast and out of this world SPEED! Plus it charges my iphone simply by placing it on the base mount. Cheers to Levono's engineers! The only downfall is the crappy keyboard that comes with it. Withing a week the letter "S" started to stick. Soon followed by six other keys. Then the "S" was stuck down. The tech at Best Buy said it was just out of store replacement. And recommended that I purchase a bottom of the line Logitech. It would be far easier than receiving a factory replacement. Best advice I have ever taken! The cheap Logitech keyboard is fantastic. If Lenovo was standard with this keyboard my review would be FIVE Star,,,

The fan began to run and it quickly became warm. We tried playing games and the fan was nonstop. It was pretty loud. Needless to say I returned this. It was the perfect size and very solid. The look was great!

Posted .We are sorry to hear that you are having issues with your Lenovo IdeaCentre A540-24 All-In-One system. Be sure any software you installed is compatible with Windows 10. There is no need to install Microsoft Office software. The software is already part of the operating system, you just need to activate the software with a purchased product key. If you have installed a copy of Microsoft Office, this is conflicting with the existing copy on the system and this will slow your system down. If you have installed a 3rd party anti-virus program, be sure that Windows Defender is turned off and that the trial version of McAfee Anti-Virus software is uninstalled. There can only be one anti-virus program on the system. You may need to restore your system to original factory default settings if any of the programming errors have occurred. You can do that by typing "restore" in the Cortana search window. Just click on the magnifying glass icon at the bottom left of your Windows 10 Desktop. Click on "Reset This PC" Then click on "Get Started" and follow the on screen directions to restore to factory defaults. If the problem persists, we recommend you contact Lenovo Tech Support at: 877-453-6686.

I am such an APPLE lover. However APPLE has once again broken my heart(three times) so I had to move on, lol. So far I haven't had any issues and it doesn't make a noise after being online in video chats for 6 hours a day like my APPLE and the HP All In One. I love the tilt screen, the size, and I didn't even know it was a touch screen. It has all the ports I need (ex.) ethernet port, unlike some others. I seen a nice amount of bad reviews and this so far has been a great purchase.
