Will not connect with my android Bluetooth

My phones Bluetooth DOES NOT connect to the computer. I have a Samsung galaxy s20 android running the newest android version and my sister has a Samsung galaxy s10 android and Neither android phones will connect to this computer. My boyfriends iphone does though. I even had a lenovo tech go into my settings and reset everything. After it failed to do it after the tech resetting all the Bluetooth settings, it still wouldn't connect. She says its my phone. Well, my phone and my sisters phone wont connect. BUT EVERY other device in my house connects to my phones Bluetooth and my sisters. And my phone and my sisters phone connects to my other computer. So it is not my phone. I think its this computer. Because i can connect my Bluetooth to my hp computer, my car, my wireless speakers and headphones and everything else. But just not this computer. Everything is up to date on the computer. Sadly I guess I am gonna send it back. Its a nice computer but i really need to have a Bluetooth connection to this computer. But it will not connect no matter what i do. And i have tried and troubleshooted everything.

Posted .Hi Jessie, we are sorry to hear you are experiencing this issue with your Lenovo A540 All-In-One. We recommend ensuring you have the most up to date system software, BIOS, and drivers. You can easily accomplish this by scanning the computer with the Lenovo Utility software available on this computer. This system has Lenovo utilities installed to help maintain the health of the device and keep the operating system software up to date. Type "Lenovo Vantage" in the Cortana Search window (if Lenovo Vantage is not installed on your device, you can download the APP and install it now). Select Lenovo Vantage from the list. In the window that opens, click on "Health and Support". In the expanded menu, select "Hardware Scan” In the window that opens, select "Run Quick Tests". This will scan your entire system for errors. Follow any directions that may pop up. If the problem continues after this scan, now click on "System Update". First select Windows update from the menu. Scan your system to be sure you have the latest version of Windows 10. Once that scan is complete, select "Additional Updates". This will scan your device to be sure there are no new BIOS/Driver updates needed. Follow any instructions that may pop up. If the issue continues after these updates, we recommend you call Lenovo Tech Support at: 877-453-6686 for additional help.

This is a Windows10 machine and is compatible with HP printers. Please ensure you have the latest driver installed for your printer. You can do this by connecting the printer to your AIO manually with it's USB cable. If it doesn't install or is still having issues try downloading the "HP SMART" printer software to assist you. https://www.hpsmart.com/us/en
