Bought for my elderly father to replace his dying all-in-one touchscreen. It does what he needs it to do! Touchscreen is responsive without being too sensitive. I was concerned that the base wouldn't be stable, but it has turned out to be just fine. And although it does not adjust up and down, the angle adjusts as much as he needs it to. I used the included wireless mouse and keyboard while setting it up. They were surprisingly comfortable. It had no problem when I switched to his wired mouse and keyboard designed for people with low vision. Only basic software was loaded, and desktop links were added to make it as easy as possible for him to use, so I can't speak to its computing capabilities. But for email, Facebook, Zoom, etc. it's just fine! The only thing I would change is adding more USB ports.

Asked to have Windows 10 installed but was told MicroSoft wouldn't allow it. Windows 11 is awful. Geek Squad makes more problems than they fix. Took Geek Squad. Don't take or you will have more problems than they fix.

This model does ship with Windows 11 preinstalled, and Windows 10 is still available to be purchased through Microsoft. We recommend you check the requirements and compatibility of any software/games you will be installing on your computer or know what specifications and features you need to effectively complete various workflows and tasks if being use for work or education, personal use, and your preferences in design and features before you invest in any computer.

I purchased this in April and it took WEEKS to get my iTunes music library and all my files downloaded. I thought it was my Wifi until I bought a replacement computer which downloaded my library within 3 days. It repeatedly froze and crashed programs, and one day l after I bought it I woke up to the blue screen of death. I have been trying for almost a month to get a repair through Lenovo scheduled through their "warranty." Right now I am literally on 1 hour and twenty three minutes on hold with Lenovo,

No more tower, much faster than previous PC - still learning the new features. So far very impressed. The Geek Squad was excellent in helping get old data transferred over. The check in process went great with Sean and Andrew answered all (a lot) of our questions when we picked our new Lenovo up. They were so helpful in showing us where to find programs, data, etc. We have been so pleased with Geek Squad over the years. Don't know what we would do without them.

Poor sound quality but still 4 stars

However, as some have said before, it does run a bit slow. That's not the reason why i only gave 4 stars; the volume does not go very high, in my opinion. I bought 2 different brands of desktops at the same time and this one is sorely lacking in sound department. Otherwise, its great!
