So far, so good! Bought for my elderly father to replace his dying all-in-one touchscreen. It does what he needs it to do! Touchscreen is responsive without being too sensitive. I was concerned that the base wouldn't be stable, but it has turned out to be just fine. And although it does not adjust up and down, the angle adjusts as much as he needs it to. I used the included wireless mouse and keyboard while setting it up. They were surprisingly comfortable. It had no problem when I switched to his wired mouse and keyboard designed for people with low vision. Only basic software was loaded, and desktop links were added to make it as easy as possible for him to use, so I can't speak to its computing capabilities. But for email, Facebook, Zoom, etc. it's just fine! The only thing I would change is adding more USB ports.

Computer was good. I didn’t even know it was touch screen but I recently returned it for something better. Also, it was slow loading basically anything.

It's an excellent computer for the money. Not a powerhouse, but good for the internet.

Pc was easy to setup and the custom made programs were easy to uninstall. Computer needed a SSD upgrade but after became way faster.

This computer is awesome, even using corel draw for my designs, never had problems with the system, very happy with this purchase.

Computer is pretty good except for Windows 11; it's awful. Asked to have Windows 10 installed but was told MicroSoft wouldn't allow it. Windows 11 is awful. Geek Squad makes more problems than they fix. Took Geek Squad. Don't take or you will have more problems than they fix.

The computer is outstanding! I love the xbox! And the operation of the entire system itself rocks!

Great, compact machine! Bought to replace a Lenovo laptop (still in use), just needed a larger screen.

Did a lot of research and this was the best for your buck. 15 year old son uses it for PC gaming and homework. Has no complaints!

The all-in-one has been a great purchase. No more tower, much faster than previous PC - still learning the new features. So far very impressed. The Geek Squad was excellent in helping get old data transferred over. The check in process went great with Sean and Andrew answered all (a lot) of our questions when we picked our new Lenovo up. They were so helpful in showing us where to find programs, data, etc. We have been so pleased with Geek Squad over the years. Don't know what we would do without them.

The horrors of this computer are only exceeded by the impossible customer service of Lenovo. I purchased this in April and it took WEEKS to get my iTunes music library and all my files downloaded. I thought it was my Wifi until I bought a replacement computer which downloaded my library within 3 days. It repeatedly froze and crashed programs, and one day l after I bought it I woke up to the blue screen of death. I have been trying for almost a month to get a repair through Lenovo scheduled through their "warranty." Right now I am literally on 1 hour and twenty three minutes on hold with Lenovo,

I really live the look of this desktop. However, as some have said before, it does run a bit slow. That's not the reason why i only gave 4 stars; the volume does not go very high, in my opinion. I bought 2 different brands of desktops at the same time and this one is sorely lacking in sound department. Otherwise, its great!

Got a great deal, open box special. But SO SLOW! Almost useless.

Very slow to start. Often have to shut off and try again. Got hacked even with Trend security.

I wish the stand was removable so I could mount the PC. Otherwise, I'm very happy with this PC
